Imo, this stuff rocks! Its literally 2 products in 1 for me!
The scent is beautiful and soft.
The formula is so airy and creamy....that it just glides on effortlessly.
I literally only need a pea/dime size to cover my whole face, eyes and under my chin.
Its NOT GREASY and it has NOURISHING ingredients that moisturizes and FIRMS my skin perfectly.(I am not kidding. My hubby even says my skin looks killer and is so much softer than before. And let me tell ya, I have used many prestige brands to drug store brands!)
I just can't stop feeling how silky soft my skin is now!
Plus, it doesn't give me that yucky tightness that I get from other firming face or eye creams. Yay!
The bestest(lol) thing about this..... is that I can also use this AROUND MY EYES and it DOES NOT IRRITATE or MIGRATE towards them at all!
I now can save boatloads of money and my precious time by just using this 1 product on my face! Yay!
The other bestest(lol) thing.... is that I can IMMEDIATELY APPLY MY MAKEUP/FOUNDATION right after application!
This works great under my primer and my liquid(MAC StudioFixFluid) or powder foundations(MAC Studio Powder).
Most moisturizers that I have tried ended up flaking and pilling up like eraser shavings....no matter how long I waited for them absorb.
But this baby doesn't pill/flake off and is not greasy.
I can actually layer all I want to with it and it just absorbs so perfectly.
Plus, the On The Go $15.00 price is killer!
It comes in a tube, which I found is more sanitary than the full sized tub. And its cheaper cuz you get more when buying 2 On The Go sizes!(But, I am soooo afraid that they may fix that good price soon. Wahhh! Hopefully not though! Knock on wood!)
Yep, I think that this stuff ROCKS!!!! :)

I have a combo skin, and in winter my cheeks are always dry. I finished 3 jars of this moisturizer, and really buy it again and again. It makes my skin smooth and creates a good canvas for make up. It does not cause any break outs. Not shiny finsih, your skin just seems healthy and cared. It has some nutritive ingredients like spinach, green tea, wheat germ oil.

Okay so Ive been using this moisturizer for about 2 weeks now, in the morning and at night. At first I was in loveee with this product. But as I discover it more and more, I started to notice, I needed to put MORE than a quarter sized amount on my whole face. But since it is the middle of winter, I guess thats reasonable (I have combination skin). As for the packaging, it comes in a small jar, so you do have to wash your hands before applying with your hands. Otherwise, its moisturizing, not recommended for really dry skinned people or really oily skinned people. My opinion! (=

I put my moisture cream in the refrigerator so when I put it on in the morning or night it feels great on my skin. It gets rid of my dry skin and it does not break me out where my combination skin is. It makes my foundation goes on smoothly. The only thing I complain is that it is in a tub and so you have to put your hand in it so it nots that sanitized.

I bought this cream when I first discovered my love for MAC a couple of months ago. Sadly, this cream and I don't mix. I tried it out for a couple of days/nights. It made my skin, which is normal with dry spots in the winter, very irritated and blotchy and didn't help with the dry spots. I ended up returning it after about a week, and like a reviewer a couple below, I got the Studio Fix with spf15 and it works so much better. I must say that I love the smell though. I love the light fragrance of MAC face products...not overpowering but enough to linger throughout the day.

I am a little bit on the fence about this moisturizer. It comes in a tub so there's a sanitation issue there but that doesn't really bother me. It does keep my skin very well moisturized throughout the day. I feel like I have to use a lot of it though. The scent is just okay. It doesn't make any major promises but supposedly helps diminish fine lines. I haven't noticed any of that going on but then again I don't have too many lines at 32. I think for the price, around $30, I could probably buy something with more retinoids, anti-oxidants, or other good things like that. It is a good basic moisturizer for just about any skin type though. I do not find it greasy and it does not break me out. I have combo skin.

Out of all the makeup lines moisturizers that I've tried as either a base before my primer or using as a primer, this is the best. Even though its listed on the site as a "rich" cream, ladies its not! I have combo skin, oily t-zone and normal to dry in the cheeks and this cream sinks into your skin and leaves it smooth and soft and ready for the day. Love this stuff! I will definitely be repurchasing this as long as they make it. And not to mention for those of you ladies that dont wear makeup on a daily basis, its ok! this cream is good for 24 months.
EDIT: 8/23/2008
I havent had this for very long, but sadly I had to return it and exchange it for the Studio Moisture Fix spf 15. And So far I'm loving that. It wasnt a bad cream, it just wasnt moisturizing enough for my skin.
This cream has a light fluffy texture and absorbs very quickly. love it.

I have tried so hard to quit this product. Yet, I keep coming back because it is the only moisturizer that has truly improved my sensitive, wacky skin.
I hated it when they went to the tube, but now that we're back to the jar, I'm a raving fan again.
I truly won't stray again.

I love the texture of this cream, and the way it makes my skin feel. I had to knock off a few points, however, because once most of the product has been used, it's a PITA to get the remaining cream out of the rigid plastic tube, and it squirts everywhere. I don't like wasting money on product that winds up squirting on my bathroom sink, but I would likely repurchase due to the quality of the cream. I'm thinking they need to make the tube a slightly thinner, more bendable plastic in order to have better control over the despensed amount.

I tried a vast number of moisturizers on my very dry skin, and found some good ones, but none that looked good under make-up. Until MAC Studio Moisture Cream. Over this product, my foundation looks beautiful and flawless all day long, while my dry skin stays soft. This is the best day time moisturizer I know for the cold weather months. However, I do agree with the reviewer who stated that it is difficult to get the product out of the tube. I liked the old jar better. I would also like to see some sun protection factor in this product. But my foundation has an spf of 15, so it will have to suffice. This is an excellent product.

I agree that the packaging could be MUCH better - thin, flimsy, CHEAP looking white plastic tub. BUT, the product is very nice. It's a little too heavy for my skin, especially here in Florida, but I do use it in the winter (about 2 months) when it is colder & we have the heat on. Nice spreadable texture, light scent, moisturizes without feeling greasy. I like that this sinks right in, like I can almost feel my skin drinking it up! continued >>

The packaging is SO ugly. It's flimsy plastic in an unsanitary jar form. However, they always say it's what's inside that counts. And what's inside this ugly jar is made of pure miracle. This moisturizer is very rich. It holds its shape in its consistency and seems like it might smother your skin, but its only evelops it in pure goodness. I swear by this cream. I have pretty well-behaved skin (strictly thanks to moisture feed/skin) that is dry on my cheeks but slightly oily on my forehead, nose and chin. This cream (which I apply with a clean foam wedge)goes on a freshly cleaned face SO smoothly and soaks right in. It smells ever so slightly of lavender and makes my skin look supple, dewy and glowy. Sounds like a commercial, right? I swear, it's true. I just wish everyone could try this moisturizer. It's slightly expensive at almost $30 a pop, but it lasts for a while and to be given awesome skin in return, I'd pay almost any price.
PS - I hear they changed the name of this product to Studio Moisture Cream, but it's supposed to be the same product. The scent has changed a little but only in its intensity and it's the same consistency. We're back in the Fall months and I'm still loving what it does for my skin. i don't know what ingredient in it makes it work so well, but it almost "heals" my face. I feel like I wake up with better skin. Skin that has been healing overnight. It's so velvet-y and nice that makeup glides right on. I actually look forward to putting this on. I wish everyone would give this a shot.

I'm taking a lippie off for the ridiculous price they sell this at (AUD$55). I got it for $30 though so that was good. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. It is not my main moisturiser but I have been using it under foundation. It makes my skin oh so smooth and the foundation just glides over it. It smells nice (in my opinion) and is quite moisturising for my dry skin. As I said It's not my main moisturiser because I need something really really thick and greasy for my skin to soak up and be hydrated. :)

MAC Moisture Feed/Skin was a so-so product for me. I was looking for something cheaper than Bobbi Brown's hydrating face cream so I decided to give this a shot. I normally avoid anything with fragrance due to my highly sensitive skin but I made an exception for this product. Moisture Feed/Skin did moisturize decently (I would give it a 3 out of 5 for my super-dry skin) and it provided a good base for my tinted moisturizer. It would be nice to have SPF for daytime though. However, during the time I used this moisturizer I seemed to have a lot more breakouts than usual. I typically only get a small pimple or two during "that time of the month" but I seemed to constantly have pimples or at least a few red bumps while using this cream. In this product's defense, I have been seeing a dermatologist for on-off problems with a rash on my chest so the facial rash/irritation could have been somehow related. Despite the blemishes, I would consider repurchasing Moisture Feed/Skin in a pinch. The price is pretty reasonable, the packaging travels well, and the product itself lasted a long time (and I was using it day and night). I am glad to have the empty container for Back-2-MAC.

This is one of my favorite moisturizers! It has a pleasant smell, and the formula is really rich for super dry skin. It's also great for dry hands. It lasts FOREVER!!!! I know a lot of people have used this as a night moisturizer, and it has helped their skin. I have oily/combination skin, but I also use a lot of the dermatologists acne creams that leave my cheeks and nose sensitive and dry. When that happens, I know I can rely on Moisture Feed/Skin to solve it by the end of the day. I wouldn't use it on my forehead though b/c I am especially oily there. I also use it on my neck as a preventative to wrinkles.

I write this review for my husband -- 'coz he loves it. I tried so hard to shop for him a good moisturizer and you know guys are so picky on this kinda thing because they are simply very lazy. Despite the fact that it doesn't have much of fragrance in this product and my husband still complain about it does not deliever enough moisture during winter days, he still continue using it...towards his sixth one now. Best of all, I am the one who took all the empty ones for back to MAC.

Another product from MAC's skincare line that I am really enjoying!
I picked this up at the Estee Lauder warehouse sale last year as part of a Try-On pack-it only cost me $7.00 (!) so I decided, why not?
And boy was I suprised. This cream is nice and rich and creamy-very hydrating for my normal-dry skin! It immediately absorbs into my skin without any residue leaving it nice and soft. I only use this at night as I don't think it would act as a good base for my foundation or powder since it is so thick.
I love the fresh scent and minimal packaging. I just finished this a couple of days ago and will definitely be buying another one once I finish some of my other moisturizers :D
Love this!

This is a great moisturizer and it smells lovely but if you have dry patches or get dry around your nose area it doesn't help much. I ended up getting the scrub mask and use it as a cleanser and I got a more heavy moisturizer that works better. My skin can be pretty dry sometimes so if you have oily/combo skin I'm sure it'd be great! <3 continued >>
