The name of this product is really appropriate, as the scent is really beachy and tropical (but not sweet). Which is OK for the hot summer months or for down South, but I wouldn't want that smell any other time of year. I like the way it makes my skin look, glowing, but only at night really - I wore it once walking to work and I felt self-conscious, like I was trying to be all fabulous just heading to the office or something lol The 'shine' in it is quite noticeably shimmery. As I said, I wouldn't mind it if I were going out somewhere special, but just day to day I think it's a bit over the top. OK for moisturization, nothing spectacular, but since I'm wearing it in the warmer months it's better that it's not greasy or heavy. Probably wouldn't bother to repurchase.

I received this as a sample in the mail. I had to write a review because there are just not enough for this great product. This stuff rocks! I apply it on my legs and it gives them a beautiful subtle shine that enhances the shape. I'm very fair and this gold-shimmery lotion gives my skin just the right amount of color and shine.

After reading the other reviews for this product, I decided to give it a try. As someone who does not care for heavy glitter (or heavy scents, for that matter), I found this product to be everything that I had hoped for. It lends the skin a nice, subtle glow and has a fresh, beachy scent. Since I make it a point to stay out of the sun but like the look of a light tan regardless, I have been applying this lotion over a gradual daily sunless tanning cream. The combination is wonderful, and provides my dry legs with more than enough moisture. While I wavered at first, I am so glad that I decided to buy this -- I'll be purchasing it again (and probably wearing it year around!) An excellent product.

This was an impulse buy for me at a local beauty boutique over the weekend. I have been wearing it ever since. It is a very lightly fragranced shimmer lotion that provides a little glow on the skin. Just enough shimmer to makes your legs glisten and the smell is not overwhelming-very soft tropical scent. Definitely worth buying and once I run out I plan on repurchasing. This will rival my BBW shimmer lotions, which I adore.
Overall I am extremely pleased with this lotion-five lippies.

This is a medium texture pale gold lotion with very subtle gold shimmers. Thick enough to not be runny when applying but not so thick that it's difficult to squeeze out. The shimmer really is subtle, you just catch glimpses when the light hits just right, none of that big glittery stuff that falls off on clothes. It has a very light cucumbery, coconutty scent that is discernible if you put your nose right up to your lotioned body part, but it isn't so strong that it will interfere with perfume. Not deeply moisturizing for you really dry ladies out there, but certainly adequate for other skin types. I will definitely repurchase when this bottle is used up!
