This has a very strong fragrance, which I didn't like. It has a thick and heavy texture: I wouldn't recommend putting it on the face since it caused me to break out. It does protect against UVA rays, which is oddly lacking in many competing products.

love this sunscreen. it provides effective protection . I like the fragrance and the texture of this. this is for the body so I wouldn't try it on my face. I also use the one that is for the face (sunwrinkle control cream spf 30) and that is also just as good and the eye contour spf 30 too. oprah mentioned that she loves clarins sunscreen and I agree with her. I'm concerned w/ preventing sun damage so using reliable sunscreen is important to me.

Got a trial size of the product, tried it 3 times while being in the sun for a couple hours each time I wore it-
Smell: it stinks, smells like old lady perfume
Texture: feels like margarine/butter on my face, it just felt greasy the whole time
Reaction: I got tiny little allergic reaction bumps all over my face
Maybe I'm not the best person to write reviews b/c I have trouble with sunscreen, but this was really bad, I would hate for anyone to use this under make-up, your face would just melt all day!
