aaaarrrgh! one of the WORST liquid eyeliners ive EVER used! it bleeds, the pen brush is too hard, application is uneven & it doesnt last! also this is EXTREMELY blue. dont waste your money! packaging is cute though, too bad. $16 at sephora. continued >>
