Citrus fragrances usually don’t do it to me. They are very pleasing, but also fleeting. Fetish is different: it has the mouthwatering and refreshing qualities of a citrus, but manages to maintain my interest throughout. The jasmine adds a floral aspect, yet without the carnality that it can often create in a fragrance. The base is vanilla and fir absolute, a sticky-sweet version of the forest, but without the anticipated reaction of a Pinesol. What can I tell you – I think I found my citrus for the summer!
