I have been using this eye gel for about 2 months. I have under eye puffiness when I wake up in the morning and after applying this gel it dramatically helps (it does not eliminate it completely, but definitely reduces the swelling).
I either keep it in the fridge or on my vanity but haven't noticed a difference in its performance either way.
I have only had it expel too much product once.
I will continue to use this product and found it way more effective than the Clinique under age de-puff roller (which I got at the same time).

I actually think this works. I have had issues with puffy eyes for the last few years. After seeing Lisasz07 (i think that's her name) do a review on youtube I decided to try it. I definitely see a difference almost immediately after I apply it in the morning. I can really tell on the days I don't use it. I've had trouble with the packaging. Sometime I've opened it and a ton of it just spurted out everywhere. I would imagine I've lost at least 30% of the product this way. I just try to remember to be really careful with it.

This did very little to help with under eye puffiness. I can't say that it did nothing, but it didn't help as much claims it will. (Apparantly it has won alot of beauty awards and on the Bath & Body Works website it's described as a "miraculous" gel that reduces puffiness immediately).
Also, it takes a while to dry and even after it does, all around my eye still felt kinda wet. It just doesn't sink into the skin very well.
As for packaging, the tube is useful because you could cut it open when it gets low to get the last little bit out. However, the actual hole where the product comes out is a bit too big, making it easy to squeeze out too much if you're not careful.
Bath & Body Works has a good return policy, so I ended up taking this back. I replaced it with the Wise Woman eye cream from The Body Shop. That one helped alot more with puffiness, as well as dark circles, both of which are problems for me. The Body Shop one absorbs better too. continued >>

I have tried many, many eye creams. This is by far the worst.
I have slight puffiness around my eyes and this gel did NOTHING to alleviate it. Even worse, the tube is such a poor design that it is inevitable that you will squeeze out to much almost every time. Total waste of money. I bought this as a 2 for 1 and am on the second tube. I am only using it because I don't like to waste things, but it is totally useless.

I had bought this in hopes that I wouldn't look so tired on my wedding day. This did NOTHING to help me. I purchased this at B&BW for more than I would have liked to spend on a tube so small (I think it was about $21 back in 2007. It may still cost the same, IDK). It's a nice, not-too-thick gel consistency that you squeeze out of a tube. It feels nice when you apply it....UNLESS...you have been crying. I cried for a couple hours, recently, and decided to test this out again. After crying, I washed my face to get rid of all that saltiness, and then applied this on my undereye bags and above my eyelids...and boy did it sting! The tops of my eyelids turned a little red....but only for several minutes. The stinging went away...BUT....again, this gel did nothing for my puffiness. What a disappointment. continued >>

Lately I've been having trouble with puffy eyes in the morning. I have allergies to various things and I suspect it's related to that. I was looking for an eye product to either help prevent the puffiness or to bring the puffiness down once it started. This did neither. While it didn't hurt (the skin or the eye) or cause any problems, it did absolutely nothing in terms of helping puffiness. For that matter, it didn't do anything else, like improve the skin. It neither prevented puffiness nor solved existing puffiness. The tube was ok, although it wanted to spit out more product at a time than I needed. The prince was perfectly reasonable at $20, if only the product had done anything. I returned it.

Been purchasing this product for about a year now. It really does work, as long as the puffiness under the eyes isn't major. If I'm really puffy due to allergies, I use ice. However, if I have a little water retention and wake up puffy, this is my go to product. Sometimes, I have to use a tiny bit more and/or a second application, but it is effective. It provides a nice cool sensation during application too. I can see it work as I'm putting on my makeup. I keep it on hand at all times.

Save your money. I have really puffy eyes in the morning and minimal puff throughout the day. I've tried dozens of eye creams, this was my first gel. While it did feel nice under my eyes and the tingling helped my eyes feel more 'awake' this did nothing for the puffiness, and I agree that it seeps into eyes and stings.
I don't have issues with fine lines, so I can't comment on this aspect, but this product did not help my puffiness, even when applied twice.

I really like this gel, and find it very effective at depuffing my under eye area in the mornings. I also like the cooling effect it has. And for $20, this tube lasts over a year for me making it a bargain. I have used this for about 3 years, and have yet to find anything I like better. I've never has sensitivity issues and concealer allplies nicely over it. I've tried formulas from DDF, Clinique, Benefit, 100% Pure, Mario Bedescu and none have worked remotely as well as this does.

Yuck! I agree with other reviewers, this product stings my eyes and I have to apply it twice over a 15 minute period to see any effect and it does not depuff as effectively as Origins No More Puffery. Wish I'd kept my receipt and returned this awful product to Bath and Body Works.

I haven't had good sleep for days and it was showing on my eyes. I picked this up at the store and after 10 days of usage, I'm an offical fan.
Dark circles get lighter slowly but surely and I no longer look like I spent hours tossing and turning.
Great for the morning after those all-nighters. I keep this in the fridge for an extra hit of coolness that works its effect on the under eye area instantly.

I was being generous giving this product a 1. I have been using this gel for 4 months. This product does not work, it's too expensive, and too much gel squirts out of the tube. A total waste of time and money.

I agree with the reviewers that say an ice cube is cheaper and more effective! This product didn't do anything at all for me. Whenever I buy a new product, I try it on half of my face--in this case, one eye--and use it several times to see if I can tell a difference. Although I felt a slight tingle where I put down the product, it did not depuff the skin and I noticed no discernable improvement. I also agree that the tube squirts out far too much product at once, which is very wasteful, considering that this costs 20 dollars for a very small amount. I wouldn't be inclined to try the other products in this line after using this.

Two products I cannot have enough of are eye creams and lip balms. Needless to say I am on a constant search for the perfect eye treatment. This one was a disappointment. I know it is not an eye cream, per se, after all it is marketed to de-puff the eyes. However, I didn't notice too much difference after using this gel. Several times I used it when my eyes were especially tired or puffy, and although it was cool and refreshing, I didn't notice any big improvement. An ice cube held over the eye for a few seconds would probably have had a greater impact. I also agree with other reviewers about the dispenser. For some reason, the company designed the tube so that it is not tapered at the end, and if you are not careful, it is easy to dispense too much product which gets wasted.

The Wexler DE-PUFF EYE GEL is definitely worth the money! It's rare to find a product that reduces puffiness as well as it claims AND not to mention it does include the Wexter anti-aging serum (as all Wexler products do). You will notice a highly visible difference after using this product only a few times. Best to apply in the mornings to notice the best results.

I really wanted to like this but this was a complete miss for me. First of all they don't even fill up the tubes which I found disturbing. At first I thought I got a used tube from Bath and Body Works so they sent me another one however that one was half full too so I guess that's the way they come. It''s only $20.00 and you think you are getting a bargain but that's because you are getting only a half tube! That is neither here or there however as money is no object for me when it comes to finding a good product. If this gel worked I would pay twice that amount or more.

First of all this stuff burned like hell which I've rarely had happen with an eye product. My eyes actually seemed to get puffier. I wondered why that was and looked at the ingredients (which I really wish Patricia Wexler would post like a lot of companies do somewhere in the description but she doesn't ...anywhere). Had I known that soy was in there I could have saved myself a lot of time and trouble. This is why Borba's cream did a number on my eyes too. If you are allergic to soy you will know right away when that product begins to do just the opposite for you that it does for everyone else and makes your condition worse instead of better. This is now the third time this has happened with a skin product containing soy. There are also tons of extracts and stuff in here that could cause sensitivities with many people so you should test this carefully before dousing your under eye area with it. Personally I prefer my Isomers OneForEyes which I store in the refrigerator so that's ice cold when I apply it. Also plain old gravity will reduce the puffiness once you've been up a bit. I think I prefer Dream Products Eye lift out of all of these so called de-puffers. Mine is going up for swap. continued >>

Not bad. Not fabulous. Stupid packaging...the gel squirts all over the damn place. Feels nice - altho' sometimes sticky (when, for instance, you have been squirted!). I'm still searching for the perfect de-puffer.
