I love this moisturizer! It sinks in quickly and leaves my skin very, very soft. I don't think it ever made my skin break out either. It supposedly contains ingredients (boron nitride and aluminum starch octenylsuccinate) that absorb oil, too. My skin did seem less oily when using this stuff. This stuff isn't tested on animals, which is yet another bonus.
There are only a couple bad things about this. One is that it isn't as natural-based as I would like it to be. It contains parabens and silicone, among other things. Another bad thing is the price; it's $47 for 2 oz. I know that it's not as bad as some moisturizers, but it's still much more than I would like to spend; especially when I have to rebuy these once a month, because I use them up so quickly. And the last bad thing is that this stuff can be hard to find. Only select spas/salons carry these products, which makes it even harder (if not impossible) to find them on sale. It is nice that only estheticians/dermatologists who have been trained with these products get to sell them, because that means they can work with you to find the products that will work for you.
This is pretty much my "holy grail" moisturizer at the moment. I'm still searching for something cheaper, but I won't be that disappointed if I can't find one. I will most likely buy this stuff again. It just makes my skin so soft and smooth. continued >>
