I love this lotion, I've been using this since I turned 13 so that's 10 years! Its a good product, I can only use the Normal formula because eventhough my skin is oily and sensitive those lotions make me brake out. This one doesn't and I use it everyday under make up. I put it on and wait till it sinks in and sometimes I grab a tissue and dab my face and then put my foundation, if I don't let the lotion dry and sink in I will have an oily mess within 2 hours so please wait for your lotion to sink in. The smell doesn't bother me, I haven't even noticed it had a smell. Will keep buying fo sho!!

I go dabble in various other moisturizers, but I always come back to this one. It's a great daily moisturizer - very light, but hydrating. I love the SPF factor too - one less thing to worry about. I love that it's oil-free too - it never leaves me shiny and gets absorbed into my skin so quickly. It's become a staple in my getting ready routine since my teen years and I know I will keep repurchasing as long as it keeps delivering the way it does!

It smells like sunscreen and it gave me rashes on my face. This is my first time experiencing rashes from a face product so I'm very disappointed. My face is splotchy and still itching after washing it off. Maybe I have sensitive skin, but be careful.
And I dont like the bottle at all

My HG under makeup moisturizer for years now. Ive tried others, more expensive, but it behaves well with any primer and foundation Ive tried. You get 4oz for the price and a great deal. I cant begin to tell you how many bottles Ive gone thru. And Im going to be 40 in may without a wrinkle. Sun protection is key!

This moisturizer is AMAZING. I use everyday and it doesn't feel too light or too thick. It's soft and creamy and doesn't look so shiny when I apply it. I highly recommend it to others!

This lotion, for being just SPF 15, feels and smells too much like a sunblock. It does moisturize, but not more or less than anything else on the market. It didn't impress me and I would not buy it again.

This stings my face pretty bad and makes it really red, plus I found out that this sunscreen only has an SPF of 10 and a PPD rating of 6.8, maybe they thought it was ok to combine them for the SPF 15 rating.

The only sunscreen that my incredibly sensitive skin can tolerate and it provides good moisture. I've used it for many years!!

This moisturizer goes on smoothly and sinks in to your skin quickly. It wears great under makeup! However it is not quite moisturizing enough for my very dry, winter skin. I will probably retry this again in the summer.

I have a dry and light skin which get sometimes irritated and red after using a cleanser. This moisturizer helps me to calm my skin and gives a pampering effect to my mostely irritated cheeks. Love this. Would definately buy it again. Although the package is ok, it's not stackable on the night or day cream because of the round bulb cover which they use in my country in Europe. Also helps me during summer not to get a red head. SPF works really good for me.

I got this a few days ago and I am loving the lightweightness of this! It doesn't feel like I am putting cream on my face. I have dry skin and this has been working well. I haven't broken out at all. The only downside is the smell. It does smell like suntan lotion but the smell dissipates once it's applied. The spf 15 is great!

This is a review for the cream instead of lotion version of this product for oily/combination skin. I bought this on a whim last year because I want something heavier for the harsh winter. I have been using Murad skin perfecting lotion during the summer but find it not enough during the winter time.
I rarely pickup skin care products, especially moisturizers from drugstores. I have been a devoted customers at Sephora for my skin care routine ever since I started taking care of myself. I did not have high hope for this product when I bought it. But then again, my requirements are rather simple, a heavier moisturizer that does not break me out and keeps me hydrated throught the day.
The cream version is very rich and has SPF15 in it, which is a plus. It does the job rather well i would say. I think i purged a bit during the first week or so but my skin returns to normal afterward.
Now I apply it every morning and my skin feels hydrated the whole day. I use Clinique stay-matte pressed powder to settle my very light makeup and my face does shine either. I might switch to another product with some anti-aging effect later on but for now, I will definitely keep using it.

I have used the normal skin formula for about a year or two and have gone through about 2 or 3 bottles of this. Yet I am still in love with this moisturizer. It is very surprising to me because i never tend to go back to anything and i'm always on the hunt for a new moisturizer. Over the past year i've switched to more expensive brands from the department store and still came back to olay. I think i might have finally found my HG moisturizer. This moisturizer doesn't feel heavy on my skin and moisturizes my face really well. I should also add that i use witch hazel with this also and it just makes my face balanced and moisturized without that much sign of grease on my face. One of the best and cheapest moisturizer out there and is also very easily accessible. Would definitely recommend anyone to try it.

PROS: Cheapest value moisturizer I've found so far: 4.0oz/118ml (!!!) with good ingredients (a high amount of niacinamide, glycerin, also has Vitamin B5, E, C) and full spectrum SPF. Lightweight moisturizing, between feeling it very lightly and not at all.

CONS: Who the **** is responsible for the smell? It smells like cheap sunscreen, soap, and baby powder, in that order. Fragrant and lingers, but it's not that strong. Fortunately I am not sensitive to smells and can tolerate mostly anything, but I would prefer something different here (or at least 1 of the 3 things above, not all). Packaging sucks too, not only because it has no pump, but you can never put product back in and it has a tendency to give too much. I keep an Everyday Minerals sample jar with me to dump excess into when I use this.

OTHER THOUGHTS: When they say it's for normal skin, they aren't lying. It does not feel super hydrating, but its' not so light for oily skin. And like most sunscreens, apply too much and you will see/feel it (shiny). This also contains a HUGE amount of dimethicone... you can definately feel it, it adds that unnatural silicone feel to the skin. Probably helps makeup though.

OVERALL: This is a good option for most people and quite cheap. Me, I'm just on the hunt for perfection so 3.5/5. I need more hydration too.

The pluses: cost, effective, good under makeup
The negatives: gets oily when not worn under makeup, the bottle
To elaborate, it took me a long time to find a moisturizer with SPF that wasn't ridiculously expensive and that got pretty good reviews. But this one is it. I use the combination/oily skin formula, and even though it's only SPF 15, I can tell my face hasn't been darkening up as much as it normally does, so the SPF is doing its job.
Like others, I wish this came in a pump because too much usually comes out when I squeeze (so I inevitably also do my neck, which I realize I should probably do anyway, but then also have to use this on my chest to finish off the product that was squeezed out).
This works really well under makeup. It actually works better than my MAC Oil-Control lotion ($35 for 1.7 ozs) at keeping my face oil-slick free. The only real problem with it is that if I decide not to wear makeup that day (usually on the weekends) then my face does get oily.

I recently started realising how important it is to moisturise in the morning, especially with an SPF product. I bought this as I found it best in reviews.
I have tried other day moisturisers before and what makes this different is its not sticky! that is a biggy in day moisturisers for me because I have oily skin and feel even more icky with sticky product on my face!
Also, the cap is soo cool i can just spin it in one motion!!

I use this in the morning when im about to go to school and it have SPF 15 so it protect me from the sun however is not really moisturizing. Wont leave your skin really shiny ^.^v Overall i like it really great for sensitive, combo and oily however not sure about dry though......

Wow! This was awful. It's didn't sink in, the moisturizer was so heavy it made my face extra oily. but I still had dry areas around my face. When I stopped using it, my face was soft and even-toned again. I usually love all of Olay products, but I tossed this bottle into the garbage.

I have normal/combination type skin, and I found that this product just left my face feeling greasy. Also when wearing this, I got asked numerous times if I was wearing sunscreen, which I guess speaks for the smell, which I'm not too fond of. Overall, I suppose the only way to know if this moisturizer will work for you is to try it, but it's not the best I've ever tried.

I have combo skin that tends to get dry easily, but also can get very oily and greasy looking when using most moisturizers. What I like most about the Olay moisturizer is that it doesn't do this at all, unlike other products I've tried. I also like that it has SPF 15, though I do wish it was 25-30.
The drawback to the Olay is I don't feel like it always moisturizes enough. Sometimes, I have to really slather it on to get the right effect. I also wish it had a pump instead of a squeeze bottle, because I have a hard time getting the proper amount of moisturizer out of the bottle. However, I'm willing to deal with those issues right now, because I spent so long trying to find a moisturizer that doesn't make me look like an oil slick.
Bottomline: Not my HG, but a pretty decent product.
