Lip Revival

I received a sample and I really thought it did a great job in prepping the lips before my lip gloss because it smooth out my chapped and flaky lips however after it sets in my lips would feel dry...

Totally agree with the other reviewer. It didnt nothing for my lips. Didnt plump at all. As soon as I applied it it disappeared. What a waste of money. Did absolutely nothing =(
