Orly Blue Collar is a beautiful sky blue creme that applied beautifully. I had no applications with this one at all.

Rich blue. A tad darker than sky blue, and applys like butter. Perfect formula. I can get a very clean application with this formula. Alot of times polish will be watery or thin and pool up at my cuticles. This is thick and smooth and glossy. One of my favorites!

Eeep! I am loving this color right now.. Blue Collar is a saturated sky blue; kind of reminds me of OPI's No Room For The Blues. The formula on this is practically flawless; creamy, pigmented and just overall easy to work with. This shade is a nice *pop* against my NW15 pale skin, and in my opinion works for any season. As usual, I really admire the grip handle on Orly polishes.. The wear time was good lasting around 5 days before chipping began (when using and base and top coat) I would repurchase and recommend absolutely

As one of the other reviewers mentioned, this is a very pretty medium sky blue polish. It is well pigmentated with two coats giving great coverage. The texture was nice and smooth as was the consistency. It wasn't clumpy or runny. This polish applied quite nicely and evenly without streaking. I got this in a mini bottle and even though I have decidedly decided that I generally don't like mini bottles, this one was different as the polish applied well with the mini brush. The wear on this was good too - no chipping in the time that I wore it. Orly is under $5.00 per bottle at the beauty supply. Since I got this as a mini I am unsure of the cost and believe this color might be discontinued. I did knock a lippie because even with my usual base coat this polish stained my nails a lot. I got many compliments on this beautiful blue and would definitely purchase a full size bottle if I could find one.

It took me a couple of months to find it, but it was worth the effort. This is a happy medium sky blue cream, and it took only one coat. I really hope they do not discontinue this. Orly has the best bottles IMO; I just love the easy-to-open grippy top. I got this online for $3.50.

I totally *love* this color! It's just about my favorite shade of blue nail polish. I'd say it was kind of close to Opi's "Just Groovy", only a little lighter and brighter. It's a perfect creme. I think you get could get good coverage in one coat but I used two anyway. I really love the quality of Orly's polishes. I've used other brands and I think Orly has the best quality. Their polishes paint on smoothly and dry fast and I love the rubberized handle on the bottles. The brush it just the right size also, not too thin or too wide.

This is one of the Manicure Minis. This polish was a gift from a generous MUAer, and I love it. It's a great medium sweet blue creme. It's somewhere between Ruby Kisses Caribbean and HC Sky/ChG Moody Blue in shade and very creamy. The bottle is a miniature version of regular Orly bottles except that the lids are not rubberized, which while an awesome feature on the full sizes, just isn't practical in such a small package. The brush is the same as full size Orly bottles, only a bit shorter, and provides great application with the nice formula this has to offer. Overall it's a gorgeous product, very complimentary to my fair-medium neutral skintone.
