    Rouge Noir is a 50s retro, true red. Deeply pigmented, it is not for the shy! Unlike some of the other Julie Hewett Noir reds (Sin or Coco, for example) Rouge is not at its best when blotted down...

    I actually won this in a contest from a magazine (forgot which one). I would say (for me atleast) it's the perfect red. Not too warm, not too cool...nice and neutral. It's definitely not subtle...
