I *so* wanted to love this eye makeup remover, but it just doesn't do the job fully. It comes in a super cute container - black with red writing, including a cute lil Lola heart. It is indeed soothing, as the name implies. My only problem is that most nights, it doesn't seem to remove my eye makeup completely. I'll think I got it all, yet when I wake up, I'll inevitably have a bit of mascara under my eyes still. I'm definitely going to use up the rest of the product, but I'll probably stick with Lancome BiFacil.
