    I like this as a highlight. I've been using my he shadows and went back to this and like this better then anything I have. I always use it with a primer and get really good color payoff.

    I can't believe no one has reviewed this yet. Frosted Icing is the perfect highlighter. It is a perle, shimmery white. Lasts quite a while. I also dust it on my cheekbones.
