Very Gentle Cleanser is indeed exactly that. light foam, no added color or fragrance. Has a slight, subtle scent (that i find unpleasant) because it has no added fragrance to offset or mask it, but otherwise an excellent cleanser - does not dry my dry/sensitive/acne-prone skin and rinses clean. The company is small and offers only six essential products. they truly stand to their philosophy of functional simplicity. discovered them in Lucky Magazine ~ their mild facial cleansing oil was featured as a gentle deep cleanser/makeup remover. check them out at wwww.vernacularskinworks.com. packaged in a 6oz pump and sells at $14.50. not bad for a cleanser that does not irritate, break out or dry the skin and fragrance-free! i purchased this cleanser with their healthy face mist and requested samples of the mild facial cleansing oil and light hydrating fluid.
