Shows up as a cream frost. I like a bit more pizzazz. Jazzy toes in strappy sandals are my thing for the summer. Will probably look great for lighter complexions and on nails. I'm DDD NW45 or HIP818.

First, I have to say that I have an OPI mini of gold polish, which I received from a kind eBay seller, but I cannot be entirely certain that what I have is Gala Gold. The consensus on the nail board (based on the pic attached), based also on a perusal of the list of OPI golds that are available in minis, was that this is most likely Gala Gold. Anyway :) I really do wish that OPI would stop discontinuing all the good ones! This is the ONLY gold polish I've ever been able to sort of get away with. I don't know why but even though I'm warm-toned, golds always look garish on me. Not as much so with Gala Gold! I shall treasure (pun intended) this little mini of gilt goodness!
