I love this! Perfect tint for my skin, non-oily but moisturizing. I am a repeat buyer. Highly recommend.

The best one I have ever tried !!!!
Easily absorbed with matt finish .
I wish there was higher SPF since the murad oil free 30 I tried does not feel the same but a little greasy.

This is almost perfect except for the smell. There's a dreadful smell to it. Maybe mine is spoiled. But even then the texture is amazing, it absorbs right into the skin. Feels like there's nothing on. Very comfortable on my hyper sensitive skin. Will definitely repurchase.

This is the Holy Grail of sunscreens for those with oily AND sensitive skin.
It is the only one I have ever tried that does not make me break out or irritate my skin or eyes. In fact, my skin looks sensational since I have been using it. I wear it every day. No more clogged pores, blackheads, or blemishes.
I love the light texture of it and the wonderful hint of lavender-based scent. It does not smell like sunscreen in the least. And a little goes a long way. I bought my first tube last summer and I am STILL on my first tube.
I put this on, and dust Prescriptives Virtual Matte pressed powder (incredibly light) over it with a brush on the T zone, and I am good to go. It leaves a wee bare hint of a bronze glow, but does not provide coverage. It feels like nothing on the face. You can wear this easily under any makeup or alone.
LOVE this product and recommend to everyone who will listen!

I use this on days when I'm staying indoors and don't need to bust out the SPF50+ sunscreen. This conveniently has sun protection and moisturizing ingredients plus a sheer hint of color to even out your complexion. I've found that it doesn't add much coverage , but makes my skin look subtly better with a slight bronzey glow (this will probably look too orange on someone with a very pale, cool complexion; when I'm not wearing my normal sunscreen beneath, which whitens my skin slightly, this tint is a little too faux tan for my taste, but not unnaturally so). All I need is to do my brows and put on mascara and a bit of lip gloss to look good. But it's definitely not opaque enough for someone with skin issues.
The texture is smooth and light, a little gloppy, but it sinks in fairly quickly and leaves no residue. It is a little dewier/shinier than I'd prefer (especially in humid weather), but a quick dusting of silk powder leaves me with a natural semi-matte finish. This does not clog my easily-clogged pores, nor does it make me break out, nor does it irritate my semi-sensitive skin. It may rub off if you're sweating or smushing your face against something, but hey, it's not meant to be budge-proof.
There is a slight perfume-y fragrance that I can't quite identify. It's not unpleasant but this would be even better if it were scentless. I do love the upside-down squeeze tube packaging which is practical and no-frills without looking cheesy. I wish it were a little cheaper, but I'm willing to pay more for a quality multi-tasker like this. continued >>

This is the best sunscreen I have ever tried. It is not oily. It really soothes skin and doesn't cause shining.

I got a generous sample of this from Sephora. I tried it today. There's no tint on my face that I can see and I'm NW20, so if there was one, it would most likely show up. I don't even see a shimmer or glow.
In addition, although I'm impressed with its antioxidant claims, it feels a bit greasy.
I haven't used it long enough to see if it made me breakout. But, based on it being called a tint and not covering anything, I'll pass. There are plenty of other brands that are cheaper with antioxidants.

The product is ok. I like the sunblock, but there's hardly any tint. I know its "sheer tint" but I expected it to have some kind of coverage. Its basically like a sunblock with a lil shimmer to it. Its nice for people who have good skin because it has a illuminating glow to it, but my face has many flaws, and it doesn't do much to cover any of it.

The best OIL FREE sunblock item I have ever tried under $30. I wear sunblock everyday rain or shine because it's essential for anti-aging and skin cancer so I like to have something that's light and fresh. I have tried philosophy, lancome, clinique, clarin, and other major brands and even some drug store brands, but a lot of them are liars and are not oil free. I have acne prone skin so it's really important that all of my cosmetics and skin care products are oil free. So what makes this product worth 5 rating.., is it's light and sheerness. It doesn't stick or leave gross remnants on your face. It's really light and glides smoothly, and it absorbs quickly so you dont have to keep rubbing.
I am sure if you are willing to pay more for the quality, you can get a better sunblock and higher spf, (murad has spf 15, and 30) but for the given price, I would recommend to try this sunblock. I don't think you will regret it.

I have been using this for awhile. While there is really nothing awesome to rave about it, but I guess my skin seems to be able to cope with it (my skin is very sensitive to lots of products). It also gives me good sun protection and has a nice citrus smell. There isnt much coverage (for my blotchy skin) which is what I suppose it lacks. The box looks like it's a "au naturel" product with a picture of a pomegranate, and the tube is a bronzey gold color, which are quite nice compared to other items in the line.

This is a nice product but I do not think it is oil-free, all of my friends who have checked it has the same comment, too.
So after 1-2 hours my face shines, I need to clean it up, that is may be my face is so oily in the t-zone. But the shining is very healthy and it adds a nice colour to my face that I do not loook dull like a dead body..
I have not tried any other "oil-free tinted moisturizer with spf" but this is not bad at all. I am using it together with the clarifying cleanser+clarifying toner, fyi.

I've been using this product for about 2 years now and I've tried different sunscreens/tinted moisturizers and I keep coming back to this one. My only problem is that since its a sheer tint, it doesn't provide near as much coverage as a regular tinted moisturizer. But I find that other tinted moisturizers are much to heavy for my skin... I find this product to be an adequate subistitute for foundation/tinted moisturizer, plus it provides sun protection. I only wish they would come out with another one with just a hint more coverage :)

This is a product that I continuously go back to. I try so many new things, including different types of sunscreens. They are inherently comedogenic, but sunscreen is one of the most important steps toward prevention of aging and lightening of old acne scars. The reason I adore this product is because it is non-clogging, light to the touch, and gives just a hint of color. I am very fair and at first was scared that the color would be strange. Not so. I do make sure to spread it completely down my neck. When I don't do this, there is a VERY fine line of demarkation. Overall, this is the only sunscreen that I have used that causes no breakout. Thanks Dr. Murad.

Wow. Many of my previous reviews have disappeared. Weird. Anyways, this product is good enough that I'm bothering to rewrite my review, to share the gold. I have very oily, acneic skin with large pores. Most sunscreens break me out, so I finally decided to use this, which has more of a very light moisturizer consistency. I have rosy olive skin, and the sheer tint color gives me a perfect bronze look. It doesn't cover blemishes, but like a tinted moisturizer, evens out my skin a bit. I never break out from this, which is the best part!! And it doesn't feel like a sticky, filmy mask, like most sunblocks. It feels like it's not even there, and doesn't make my skin look oily. The only problem is that the UV protection is pretty light, so in the summer, I'm going to have to search again for a good sunblock. This is my favorite daily block for the rest of the year, however, and I'm on my third bottle after trying samples early last year. EDIT: Now on my 4th or 5th bottle, I have practically given up finding a summer replacement. I use the Murad Sheer Tint every single day, unless I'm at the beach or in direct sunlight for several hours. I love the sheer tint and the bit of glow it imparts. I have light olive skin with pink cheeks and yellow undertones everywhere else, and this imparts a bit of a JLo glow. Lately, I've been foregoing the foundation and just wearing this on my face!

This is *almost* perfect - it would be my HG tinted moisturizer w/SPF if it weren't for the damn lavender oil that they had to add in the formula. Lavender is supposed to calm and soothe, but my skin absolutely hates it. I always experience itching and redness or swelling. I can stand to wear this product for a few hours with no major problems, but by the end of the day my skin just feels really tingly and uncomfortable. If it weren't for the lavender, I'd give this a 5 lippie rating and beyond. It has a nice creamy consistency that spreads easily and absorbs quickly down to a semi-matte finish. Very compatible with makeup. Surprisingly lightweight and sheer for something with titanium dioxide as the active ingredient. This only comes in one shade - it's a light tint for fair to medium skintones at best. I like how the color isn't pinkish or ashy. Something else that bothers me apart from the lavender ingredient...the scent. There are a bunch of essential oils in the product including grapefruit peel, orange, thyme, and rosewood and the combined fragrance produces something that reminds me of rancid citrus fruits. The scent dissipates after a few minutes, but it's very strong when first applying the product. *sigh* The search goes on for the perfect tinted moisturizer with sunscreen....
