the consistency was actually okay to me, because i wanted something relatively light. but man, did this stuff ever BURN when i woke up in the morning! maybe its because it has such a light consistency that it slipped while i slept, but this is definitely not worth waking up with itchy, burning eyes. i will not be repurchasing this.

Not the worst thing I've used, but I agree, the formula is too light and non-effective. Also, it made my eyelids burn a little and took a lot of work to get it to absorb.

Soothing Eye Cream from Lumene's Sensitive-line is meant for soothing and moisturizing the sensitive skin around the eyes. I don't think that it effectively does neither. It's basically like putting water around your eyes. I'm much better of with using Avene’s Soothing Eye Contour Cream which actually does what it promises to do.
