Not sure if this is an old D/C'ed one or not, but I'm writing my review anyway! Tranquil Browns has 4 matte warm shades. They are named after nuts, of all things. Beechnut is the darkest reddish-brown, walnut - the color of dried, reddish clay, pecan, which is supposed to be a basic beige, and peanut, which is faded yellow. This quad looks nice and sophisticated in the tray. On me, it looked horrendous. Peanut works as a base, but the yellow is not really suitable for many skin tones, and won't show on darker skin at all. Pecan just looks ash gray. Not pretty or smoky gray. Ashy, chalky, ugly, dull gray. Walnut is okay. Subtle, sort of similar to the cafe creme single, only not as pink. Beech nut is too dark next to the other shades that hardly show, so it just looks like dirt. Will not repurchase, and will not repurchase any matte shades from CG ever again!
