I have the little plastic tub the only issue is the lid is slightly off and is a bit wobbly.
seems they've addressed the unnecessarily large packaging issue - this duo now comes in a small round plastic container, much smaller than its predecessor but still contains the same amount of product.
this is a lovely shadow duo. the colors are muted and easily blended for daytime wear. the finish is more satin than matte or shimmer, which i like. these are soft and easy to blend. this duo is great for natural and understated looks. very polished without insisting upon itself. paid £.99 for this and don't see myself using another duo for demure day wear now. such a fantastic formulation from an unexpected brand. only wish i'd tried this sooner.
this eyeshadow duo is proof that one does not need to spend a lot of money for quality product.
this brand has promise and is priced such that you can afford to take a risk and see if you like it. i certainly didn't have very high expectations and it's won me over.
Find this eyeshadow really good. The colours are really nice and subtle, the texture is lovely and creamy/satiny, there's a sheer hint of shimmer without being sparkly, lovely for daywear.
I did drop it and shatter the sable (darker) colour but i still use it.
Really cheap as well. Definite recommendation.
Sent to me as a wonderful extra by a generous swapper, this eyeshadow duo contains two natural eyeshadow colors which work great with each other. The first is Mink, which is a vanilla cream shade, the second is sable, which is a light mocha shade. Both are very satin in finish - only slight shimmer. The staying power of both are excellent, went through the entire day without a crease and only minimum fading. Mink works wonderfully as a highlighter whereas I find Sable to be most flattering to me as a lid wash. Both look very nice when paired with a soft brown kohl eyeliner and make for a nice, natural, no-fuss everyday look. I'm taking off one lippy becuase I'm a picky individual - the packaging is rather large. Boots could have easily split the size of the compact by half, seeing as there is no applicator or a mirror, there really is no reason why it should be as large as it is and take up the space of two other shadow compacts in my makeup bag.
