This is not a bad gloss. It has a nice colour that suits me very well, it smells nice and lasts on my lips for a while. I got mine as a gift from a friend, and will probably use it everyday until I run out. When I do run out, I don't think I will buy one though, I am drowning in glosses and this one is not really worth the money. Love the colour, but there are millions of glosses out there that are basically the same shade, last longer on, and have nicer price tags.

This is a lovely product, don't get me wrong, but considering how much it costs, I would want it to be less sticky, stay on longer and have better packaging. I'd probably repurchase if it was in a sale, though.

It was alright. I prefer my Nars lipgloss or NYX megashine lip gloss for a decent price! .

I'm so happy I bought this lip gloss. Whebn I saw the colour in the tube I was bit dubious but it comes out like a lovely shade of purple on my lips, not a scary vampire tone but more mauve I guess. It's really moisturising and my lips don't get dried out after use. It lasts ages aswell and even more important doesn'g get that weird gone off smell after a couple of weeks! It is worth it for the €20 price tag in my opinion because it lasts ages and doesn't go off like some cheaper brands eg Rimmel

I was nervous to buy this product because of the price and the dark color in the tube. However, I am not displeased. I would gladly shell out another twenty dollars just so my lips can look as fabulous as they do with this Amethyst High Gloss. It plumps, gives a subtle amount of color, shine, and shimmer, and it's smooth, not sticky. Definitely will repurchase this product when I run out.

Ohh la la....I'm light, cool undertones and I love this gloss. It lights up my face, or 'pops' as they say. I'm old enough to not care and wear this shade during the day time too! Woo hoo!

At first I was a bit afraid to try Amethyst because it looks like a deep burgundy shade in the tube and I stay away from dark colors.
Now Im so happy that I did because it comes up on me as such a gorgeus shade of a light mauvey-pink. It makes my lips so full and shiny like no other gloss. Im on my second tube and that has never happened. EVER!
Im overall extremely pleased with EL's Gloss and Lipstick quality.
They have a gorgeus shade selection, they smell great and never dry out or film on my lips and they apply smoothly and are very moisturizing.
I prefer EL's glosses over Mac's, PX, Clinique, Dior and Lancome.

This gloss has a great formula to it: Moisturizing yet high shine, fairly decent staying power, yet not sticky. A beautiful range of colors to flatter all skintones, lip tones, etc. This High gloss in Amethyst is going to make it onto my top ten list of glosses, for sure! They smell kind of like fruity candy, and this shade looks like a frosty lilac in the tube (which is a color I would normally avoid like the plague) but applied on my pigmented lips becomes a very gorgeous pinky-lavender shade. It looks awesome, and seems to be plumping and moisturizing. My lips feel great! I'll repurchase when this shade runs out (although the tube is quite large so I doubt it'll run out soon!) and I'm excited to try other shades in the High Gloss line :-)
