I like the Crystal Body Deodorant Roll-On better than this stick, but this is very effective and doesn't stain clothes. You can only smell my parfum. $5.38 for 120g by iherb dot com. Well, this is natural and worth a try. My mother has always been concerned about the ingredients in under-arm products and convinced me to try it. It did absolutely nothing at all for me. I know it is not an anti-perspirant, but it did not fight odor on me either. I mean really, not at all. I may as well have used nothing. I would never, ever, ever leave for a day of work relying on this alone.

However, my mother claims that it works really well for her and she has been using it for a while. I guess I believe her, since she smells fine, lol! I think I just sweat waaay too much to rely on something like this. I also sweat when I'm the least bit nervous and this just can't keep up. Everyone has different needs and body chemistry, so like I say, it really is worth a try, but keep in mind that if you need serious protection it may not work for you.

This product is a deodorant ONLY. For me this is not a bad thing at all. I don't sweat a whole lot. With the traditional deodorant/antiperspirant, I developed cysts in my under arms. Anyone who has had those know they hurt. Traditional antiperspirants work in that they literally clog up your pores and sweat glands. This is what caused the cysts.

I like that once the deodorant has dried, I feel no residue. It doesn't get on clothes. If it is a paticularly active day, I may have to apply it twice but that is something I have no trouble with. It works really well as a deodorant.

I don't smell, I sweat a little (this is okay with me though, people are supposed to sweat), no cysts, no residue, good price for how long it lasts, no harmful chemicals. I highly recommend.

- I must say, I was skeptical about this but it really WORKS! I been using the travel size on most days for 5 months and I just got half way.

- When I do use this, I don't get any odors although I might get a little wet there but seriously, NO ODORS. Mind blown.

- I run the hard crystal under some water then wipe it on my arm pits until it's no longer slippery. Then repeat. The crystal ruhs clear and is ordorless.

A freind of mine swears by this and she claims to have bad BO without it. (I doubt it) Perhaps this is the kind of thing that works great for certain people.

So, my experience is its fine if you arent really sweating that much (IE: WINTER). But my search for 'natural' deodorant must continue....this does not do the trick f you need to pack a punch.

I like the packaging, and i think the price was fine.

This stuff DOES work but there's a trick to it : you have to apply it like you're thickly painting your underarm or it does not work. Your underarms also have to be pristinely clean, void of any regular deodorant residue or other deodorant film. The way I remedy this is by using a scrubbie soap holder (it's like a pouch made from rough cotton with a drawstring) and putting a squirt of bath gel and baking soda and scrub/polish the deodorant film off of my skin. After my shower I apply this crystal deodorant, I wet my underarms with the Crystal lavender white tea deodorant spray and then swirl the stick all around until it starts to dry and it sticks to my under arms which lets me know I'm done. This takes like two minutes per side but it's worth it as I am totally odor free for two days.

This does nothing. It doesn't help with sweat, odor, or pretty anything that it advertises. I know some people swear by it, but it hasn't worked for me.

I'm surprised at how well this works, and I sweat more than average. Even with traditional anti-antiperspirant/deodorants, I would sweat a lot and smell funky later in the day. This product stops bacteria from growing so you don't develop B.O. It's amazing! It's cold now, so hopefully this will also work for me during the summer months. (I'm going to be very careful not to drop it, as people have said that it cracks and splinters easily.)

Easier to shave underarm area now

May not work as well during summer (not sure yet)

12/20/2012 Edit: My husband says my armpits are AMAZING! They are so much better. I hope this stuff never stops working for me. I'd recommend it to other people, and I'm evening getting it for my mom to try out too.

This stick is good for people with sensitivities to regular antipersperant/deodorants, but not perfect. I still get itchiness but not to the degree I get wtih other sticks. It does not keep me totally dry but for some reason the sweat has less odor than when I have used regular products - even though this has no scent or masking odor. The plastic cap has broken on every stick I have used and if you drop this on the floor because you are a clumsy oaf like me, you can probably kiss it goodbye because the crystal cracks. Still, it is inexpensive and I am pleased as punch that it comes in a handy travel size, too. If you take care of it, it will probably last at least a year, as advertised. It does not stain clothing or cause white streaks. I like that you apply it to wet pits because by the time you are ready to get dressed, it is dry and you are all set - but it is not convenient to reapply on the go. All in all, I have used this stuff for years and will continue to do so unless technology comes up with something better.

Pretty good product that works great on my feet :). I would not be able to use this as a regular deodorant in the warmer months.
