During the course of countless orders. this junk has the dubious honor of being the first thing I ever returned to Sephora. As soon as I opened it, I knew it was going be a dud. The texture was runny, and it had absolutely no pigment. The shade I chose was "Frosted Lilac." I applied several layers to my lids, hoping for a wash of pastel purple. All I got wa some clear shine and stinging. The effect was maybe slightly shimmery, but there was no "Lilac," in fact no perceptible color at all. It stung my eyes, felt cold and clammy, and smelled medicinal. The whole experience reminded me of some sort of unpleasant treatment you might have at a doctor's office. Other than the packaging, which was an adorable frosted glass jar with a red flower and lid, this stuff could not BE any worse. Well, at least it's cheap at only $10.
