I bought this because I use Covergirl Clean Foundation as well as NYC Smooth skin foundation and both are so thick i can't get them out of the bottle, but this product works just like it was made for those bottles. I think the price could be lower (it cost more than my foundation) but at least it works.

MAC and all of these other brands should make their products already with a pump!! If maybelline and other cheap brands do it why can't they??
Next thing you'll need to buy the lid separately too!

i use this for my estee lauder double wear, it fits and works perfectly. it dispenses a great amount of product.
$7 is way overprices for a piece of plastic though... wish it was cheaper. but im so glad mac sells this.
i do think its ridiculous how mac makes foundations with out a pump and you have to buy it seperatley, but im not much of a fan of mac foundations anyways.

Does what it's supposed to do, and you'd be avoiding all the messes and worry of wasting product after buying this. It's a little pricey but you're paying the cost of convenience.

I use this great pump on my drugstore foundation! It makes my makeup application much more convenient and less messy. Glad the girl on YouTube suggested it!

i dont see why they have the pump come along with the bottle and for 3 quid. but of a bump for a bit of plastic that should come with the foundation... but apart from that all is good. its just a pump.

GIVE ME A BREAK.
This is sneakiest business strategy that MAC has ever done honestly. I have never heard of a foundation where you have to purchase an additional pump because the cheap ass sneaky people at MAC wanted to make $6 more off everyone who buys it.
And below are reviews about people raving about a foundation pump. LOL.
Breaking news, folks, it's a pump. The least they can do is make sure it bloody well works. imagine if it *did NOT* pump?
not cool MAC, not cool

Annoying that we have to buy it, I think it should really be built into the bottle... But yeah, a good pump.

I'm surprised MAC doesn't offer the pump with their foundations, but you can't beat the price for only $6.00. It's well worth it, trust me! It pumps out the perfect amount of foundation so you're not wasting the product, plus it's so much easier to work with instead of getting your hands messy.

i mean without this your basically screwed excuse the pun. i mean i bought the fix fluid and was astonished it didnt have a pump... talk about a complete wastage of product!!!! without a pump it all just becomes far too mess for my liking!
the product itself is a must if you dont have a pump on your mac foundation! for practical and hygenic purposes!

What's cool about MAC COSMETICS is that they sell so much of their stuff "a la carte" and some folks like to pour out their foundation and others like to pump it out.
I'm a pumper myself and find this foundation pump to be extremely effective, not to mention the fact that it can be reused over and over again. I wash mine with soap and water then take out any residue with alcohol and rewash again with mild soap n' water. I then reuse it!
With MAC's easy price point, this pump has been a major lifesaver for me as it prevents spillage, keeps my foundations more secure from over exposure to air which causes dryness and oxidation although in some instances, that result is needed as a concealer and such, and also too, this pump just pumps out the right amount of product because the pump has an easy control therefore flow.
I own many of these MAC Foundation Pumps. When I'm done with the foundation bottles, I'll mix in some thin moisturizer and shake up the mix with the remaining foundation and it becomes an instant tinted matching moisturizer/tint, excellent for daywear, natural looks. And that pump, of course, dispenses the perfect amount each and every time!!

I think every liquid foundation should have a pump, it boggles my mind why companies still put our foundation without them. MAC studio fix fluid does not come with a pump, but this pump easily fits on it and makes the product so much better.

I can't live withouth my foundation pump =)
If you don't use this foundation pump, you're a dummy lol i'm kidding, but really it's amazing! It keeps everything neat. Your foundation doesn't get everywhere and you can dispense as much as you need instead wasting a whole bunch =)

I love this pump. My foundation used to get all over the place and a few times all over my hand and my sink. I love how just the right amount comes out and everything stays clean. If my pump was to somehow break or something I would definately go out and get another one. It was 6 bucks which isnt bad. I love it, i think everyone who doesnt have one, should go spend that 6 bucks and get it!

I'm kind of disappointed that the Studio Fix Fluid doesn't come with a pump but I don't really mind dishing out $6 for one. As other reviewers mentioned, it pumps out the right amount of foundation I need the first time. The dispenser is also very easy to use and it doesn't squirt the foundation everywhere. It makes dispensing my foundation so much easier.
