Ow! My face is burning from this! I got a bunch of free samples from a friend of mine who said it would help with my dry skin and all of them irritated and made my skin more dry. My face kills right now, it hurts to talk and smile :(

I won a basket of Arbonne products in a lottery and I use them when I ran out of my everyday skincare items. Once I had to use this cleanser for a couple of days until I went to get my favorite Cetaphil face soap. I broke out immidiately. I got a couple of whiteheads and a painful pimple on my chin. :( I am still trying to recover from the damage. I am not going to ever use this cleanser on my face. Hopefully it works well as a body soap,
I actually checked out the reaview on beautypedia.com and it got a sad face :( because it is loaded with irritant ingrediences - not cool...
Will never buy this, ever!! especially since there are so many other gentle face cleanser for a fraction of the price.

I didn't stop my breakouts or balance my skin well after about a month. It has a great scent but for the price ( even with my 35% discount) it is not one that i would purchase again.

This did nothing fabulous nor did it do anything harmful. It was just a mediocre face wash that I will not be repurchasing. Maybe if you are a low maintenance kind of girl that just needs something to remove your make up &gently cleanse then this would be for you. My skin needs something a little more hardcore. continued >>

Since I was bored with Mario Badescu cleansers I was using (they seemed to stop being effective and I'd have to wash my face 4 times to get it clean!) a family member suggested Arbonne. I really liked this cleanser, it took off all makeup residue, even my mascara, and cleansed my skin very effectively without over drying. It also seems like it helps to normalize my skin. As for the smell, the first time I used it I noticed it, after that I expected it and did a good job at holding my breath, so it no longer bothers me. I really like this cleanser! If it weren't for the smell it would be perfect for my skin cleansing needs at this point in my life.

THE BEST FACIAL CLEANSER I HAVE EVER USED. TAKES OFF MY MASCARA EASILY AND YET IS SOOO GENTLE. THE AROMA RATES A ZERO BUT, IN THE END, ITS ALL A "WASH"...

used a sample. it's good that this is gentle. the problem is, it doesn't seem to be *doing* anything. eh, it's not bad, but i'm definitely not excited enough to buy it.

I received a sample pack of this skincare line. The cleanser seems to work well but it smells like vomit. Not appealing.
The other items in this line aren't listed so I will include my review of them with this product.
The Daily Balancer (toner) is very harsh and made my skin feel tight and dry. Can't be used without moisturizer.
No complaints about the eye cream.
The Daily Moisturizing Cream work fine but takes a while to soak in, leaving skin tacky while you wait
These items work well together but used seperately leave much to be desired

My face reacts to everything. It's been a battle to find a cleanser that wouldn't overdry my face or leave me with little hives. This cleanser was the answer. It takes my makeup off during normal cleansing and my face always feels great after I wash it. For the first time in my life, I'm washing my face twice a day instead of every other evening. Unlike others, I don't have a problem with too much product coming out...but with products like that in the past I just buy an expensive lotion or soap pump to empty the product in to.

I like most Arbonne products, but the cleanser was not for me. It is not packaged very well and a lot comes out at once which is not a good thing since it is pretty expensive. I felt like it cleaned okay, but not worth the price.

I do love the Arbonne line enough that if I had friends with more $$$ I would sign up to become a consultant and sell it! Right now I am just a product user... and I do LOVE this face wash. It washes all my makeup off with minimal rubbing, and leaves no greasy or sticky residue. I do agree with users who are not impressed with the packaging, because it does seem to squeeze out too much product. I bought the entire Intelligence face care line and I find that I run out of the daily cleanser long before the toner and face lotion, and I think the way the product is packaged is to blame for this!

A respectable, basic, non-drying cleanser, but it smells like the bar soap of my childhood and is nothing special considering the rather hefty price. My real gripe, however, is the packaging. The tube is impossible to control; dispenses way too much product and becomes a gloppy mess. I wound up transferring the whole thing to another dispenser.

I wanted to like this cleanser! I love the Intelligence balancer, moisturizer and mask, but this cleanser felt like it left a residue on my face that I would always have to take off with the balancer. I want my cleanser leaving my face CLEAN, not require me to take two steps every time.

I have oily skin, but this stuff works great on my skin. I use in conjunction w/ the balancer and rejuvenating cream. I think that my skin has actually produced less oil since using all 3. I like the cleanser. It's not too harsh and it really gets in my pores. The only drawback is the clumsy top. The cleanser kind of spills out accidentally. At this price, I dont want to waste any!

My preferred line is the RE9 C line, but I wanted to try the Intelligence products to get a sense of the quality of the entire Arbonne collection. My hubby and I both tried these products, and I have to rave about how wonderfully gentle, yet effective they are. I love the cleanser...although I never really did figure out exactly how much or little is needed (I think I used too much). It was perfectly cleansing, but VERY gentle. No breakouts, no tight skin. My hubby has rosacea, and this line was recommended for him...turns out it was great for his skin. No reactions, no flares, just nice skin. Although the Intelligence line has no active ingredients (thus perfect for skin conditions like rosacea and younger skin), it is conditioning and perfecting. If I didn't have access to the anti-aging products, I would use these.
I do have to agree that the flip-top cap is somewhat goofy, and allows the product to ooze out a bit. No big deal, but another dispenser would be more effective. Overall, just a great cleanser.

I wish I could agree with the other review for this! I really wanted to love Arbonne products, as I purchased the Intelligence line. Unfortunately, my skin now looks like a war zone! My consultant recommended just starting out with one product at a time, so I went back to just using the cleanser. It's okay. It feels gentle and takes off my makeup. But my skin is definitely sensitive to the stuff. The tube leaks cleanser and dispenses a lot at one time. I could sure do with something better for the price!

Well, I think may have found the perfect cleanser for my type of skin. My skin is combination, sometimes oily and other times dry and sometimes both!! I have Rosacea which is currently being treated with Metrogel. Many products don't work for me. Any kind of soap or cleansing bar is very drying. Some products burn, others make my wierd skin produce more oil or stop up pores, on and on. My neighbor sells Arbonne and it's done wonders for her skin. She uses their RE9 antiaging skin care line. I bought this Intelligence cleanser because it is recommended for sensitive skin. This unscented cleanser comes in a tube and you only use a very tiny bit because it's very concentrated. It feels very soothing and left my skin feeling very clean but not tight and dry. The texture felt much more luxurious than Cetaphil, but anything would. I'm going to try this for awhile and see how it goes. But for right I highly recommend this product.
