UPDATE: 6/26/08 I feel I need to mention on my isomers reviews that I had stopped using these products because of the beauty product junky in me with the need to try new and now today my skin looks terrible and old! I just reordered one 3000 plus a few new ones in hopes to slightly erase some damage and prevent more future damage.
This comes in a few different kits. It works as well as any other microderm kit Ive used if not better because you get good results without having to scrub hard. Isomers Duo Derm Includes:

This two-step exfoliation system was inspired by professional spa/esthetician treatments that address the skin in a more thorough manner. In these treatments, the practitioner usually uses an AHA serum before the polishing microderm treatment to ensure a better overall result. Now Isomers has created a kit using a similar two-step process for at home. In tandem, an exfoliating system to renew, retexture and revive the look of the skin

Step 1: Alpha Renewing Serum

Works to dissolve dead, dry surface cells
Contains AHAs to dissolve surface cells and help bring newer, fresher-looking cells to the surface
Step 2: Microderm Polish Cream

Cream-based polishing system to scrub away and polish the skin to help address superficial imperfections, roughness and dryness
Helps to soften the tactile feel of the skin
Helps to give a visible difference to the skin

How to Use:

Use Frequency: Due to the nature of the ingredients, this should be used no more than two times per week. For most skin types, once per week is sufficient.
Step 1: On clean dry skin: Apply a small amount of the Alpha Renewing Serum over the target area (face, neck, chest, back of hands, or any body part) avoiding eye area. You may use a cotton ball and wipe it all over the skin, or you may use your fingers to distribute the product - either way, a light coating is all that is needed. Leave the serum on, do not wash off. You may experience a slight tingling sensation. After one minute, apply Step 2: Microderm Polish Cream.
Step 2: Take a small amount of the Microderm Polish Cream and using small, gentle, circular movements, distribute the product all over the target area (face, neck, chest, back of hands, or any body part). Massage using light circular movements all over the area. Massage for up to 60 seconds. Rinse off all product with tepid (not too hot/cold) water. Make sure skin is really rinsed well. Dry skin with a towel, follow with cream or sunscreen.
Step 3 Night Routine: For best results: If you are using the product duo at night (recommended): Apply rich skin cream to protect the skin. We recommend using Isomers Desert Youth (C23320), Absolute Wrinkle Defense Cream (C23177) or Co-Complex 3 Cream (C23539).
Step 3 Morning Routine: If you are using the product during the daytime or morning: Apply rich cream to protect the skin (you must also apply sunscreen to help protect your newly treated skin). Wait 10 minutes before applying make-up to the skin.
Step 4: You must also apply sunscreen to help protect your newly treated skin.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
