I got a sample of this through Sephora, and while I normally like Bliss products, this one seemed to do nothing but leave a fine film of white crud under my eyes. Gross. And unnecessary. I have extremely tiny light lines under my eyes, and it didn't plump them up or fill them in at all, even after many uses.

I just got this and have used it a couple of times, I'm really surprised to see that it hasn't worked for some people. When I use it I can, literally, see fine lines disappearing. The lines around my eyes are fairly superficial, maybe that contributes, but so far this is the only thing I have ever used that completely eliminated my lines. I even tried it on one of my little laugh lines around my mouth and it got rid of that. It is pricey but once you get into eye products most items are at least $30. So far so good, if I end up hating it I'll come back and update.
Update: I continued to love this product until a spring broke trapping 1/2 the product inside. I wrote the company to ask them for a solution but did not hear back. Eventually I managed to crack it open and scoop it out but it was a PITA.

I really wanted to like this product. The pen-style applicator is a completely inefficient way to dispense this product. The results were minimal, showing some relaxation of lines but hardly any "filling in," as touted. I know that Bliss has a reputation for not providing enough product for the price, but this product takes the cake. Save yourself the grief.

this product works, makes the undereye area look rested, however much much much too expensive! only lasted 3 weeks, I've gotten bigger samples for free!
Will not buy again.

I like this bliss product. I hate the price and the small amount that you get. That is why I can only give it 3 lippies. I only use it in the morning before applying makeup(to try to conserve). It smooths out fine lines and makes my undereye area look brighter although only temporaraly. I do have to apply a eye moisturizer over it for more hydration. But I require a lot of moisture under my eyes. I called Bliss and they said that it is fine to add a moisturizer over the wrinkle twinkle. I will get this again I just use it very sparingly. UPDATE: I went through a whole tube of this within three weeks! and that is only using it in the mornings!! So I will not repurchase this. I can not justify the price for a three week supply. Bliss needs to get real on the price of SOME of there products and this is one of them, either lower the price, or triple the size for the price!

I hate the pen dispensor, I hate how many times you have to click it, I hate how it feels going on and I hate that it seems to do nothing.

When you convert the price on a per ounce basis, you get $700/oz! Talk about over-priced product. I found the pen difficult to use. I had to click many times to get the product to dispense and the brush was mediocre at best for applying the cream. While it felt moisturizing, I didn't notice any short-term wrinkle reduction. I also disliked that it is near impossible to tell how much product is left in the dispenser. Will not repurchase.

Ok--I just bought this product and so far I love it. But I will update after using it for some time. Here are the pluses so far as I see them: GREAt packaging. The twist-to-dispense pen with a soft brush applicator at the end makes applying this treatment to the eye area very easy and efficient. The product is also suppose to relax fine lines (check!) and moisterize (check!). We'll see if that truth holds up over time. Here are the potential downsides as I currently see them: Not cheap ($42) for a small pen (.06 ounce). But since the packaging makes the dispensing efficient, perhaps this will try out to be a decent deal. UPDATE: This was not cost-effective at all and lasted a short time. It also didnt really do much for wrinkles.
