I purchased the jar from my dermatologist and really liked it right away. It's nice for dry skin but not greasy. No stinging or flushing. This may not be the best sunscreen but it's what I can tolerate on a regular basis. Doesn't leave a white cast after it's absorbed. Hightly recommended for sensitive skinned individuals.

Me: 22, combination skin, dry cheeks/forehead, oily nose/chin, red & sensitive.
The product: This for the UV Facial SPF 30+, NOT the UV Lotion SPF 30+, which is marketed as a body lotion. I received a couple samples from LovelySkin.com, and that is probably the cheapest website to buy this from, because they have free shipping with no minimum order. The UV Facial SPF 30+ is a combination chemical and physical sunblock, with zinc oxide (physical) as its primary UVA protector and octinoxate (chemical) as its primary UVB protector. PPD is low, probably somewhere between 5 and 6.
My experience: This is moisturizing. Petrolatum is the second ingredient, and sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) features partway down the ingredient list. I wouldn't call it greasy, but it is definitely emollient and is way, way more moisture than my skin needs in the summer. Even applied on freshly cleansed, non-moisturized skin, this was just too heavy. On the plus side, it was completely non-whitening, without even a momentary white cast. It did not irritate my sensitive skin whatsoever or advertise/exacerbate flaky areas like some sunscreens tend to do. It would be an excellent winter sunscreen & moisturizer for someone with dry skin.
Active ingredients: 7.5% Octinoxate, 7% Zinc Oxide
Other ingredients: Purified Water, Petrolatum, Isopropyl Palmitate, Octyl Stearate, Cetearyl Glucoside, Glyceryl Stearate, Dimethicone, PEG-100 Stearate, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Polyisobutene, PEG-7 Trimethylolpropane Coconut Ether, Sodium Hyaluronate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Polyether-1, Citric Acid, Oleth-3 Phosphate, Phenoxyethanol, Butylene Glycol, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane continued >>

My Skin: Sensitive oily skin with a few dry patches
My Dermatologist recommended this one, she actually sells in her clinic. It’s oily and quite greasy. I paid $25 for an 8 oz lotion bottle so quite expensive. After using on and off for about 5 months, it started separated liquid and solid. The expiration date is July 2008 (today is only 10/15/06). Don’t buy this Elta. Now, I am using Aveeno with the same SPF for a third of this price. It’s less greasy and shiny.
PS. That Derm is Sandra Reed in K. St. NW Washington, DC and I don’t recommend her. She sees patients as $$$$.

I got a generous sample of this in a swap, so I've been using it for several days. It's great stuff. It's light and non-greasy, even for skin like mine which tends to get a bit oily during the day. This stuff is good for people who are using something like Retin A or Pro Activ, both of which will make your skin more sensitive to sun. It's a bit pricey (between $20 and $30), so hopefully I can find a bottle of this somewhere for a bit cheaper. EDIT: I bought this for $25 online, and it came in the mail yesterday. I wore it today, and I can't believe this is the same sunscreen I loved in sample form. My makeup looked hideous over it, I felt greasy, and it clogged my pores. Ooops. This isn't a repurchase.
