An average product. I don't love it but I don't hate it. I bought it at Sephora and the sales person told me half was enough so I did divide it and got 8 facials out of the deal. I won't buy this again.

How could a company that makes such good products make such a bad one??? Against my better judgement I let the Nordstrom SA talk me into Multizyme even though I'm super-sensitive. I debated last night, then read the other three negative reviews here, but hope springs eternal and I thought I'd give it a shot this afternoon. My face started to itch terribly almost immediately, which paled in comparison to awful burning I experienced with those eye pads. I literally felt my way to the bathroom and couldn't wash this liquid fire off fast enough. No way was I going to use the glycolic pads! Took over an hour for my face to stop itching. Sure glad I bought this retail so it can go right back. And did I mention that this mixture is really stinky? Be afraid...be very afraid. :>( continued >>

This is a great mask and every time I used it (purchased the kit 4 times) or used it on someone else (e.g., sister and best friend) we all felt so relaxed and sleepy that it was a struggle to get up to wash the mask off...
Anyway, my skin did look smooth and fresh but not any more so than with other masks I've used. Hence, although enjoyable and relatively pleased with the results, for this money, I'm thinking I should either have an extraordinary result or put the money towards a facial.

I bought it for $65 at Sephora and now I'm considering returning it. First off the directions were missing from the box. I had to get them off the DDF website. I took several people's advice and split the mask mix in two. Half was more than enough for my face. The eye pads were almost dried out and the toner pads were COMPLETELY dried out. I have sensitive skin and the cleanser and the mask made my skin burn a little. Didn't see any irritation afterwards, so I think its OK. The mask has a yeasty clay smell thats not really nice, so don't expect a relaxing spa feeling while you wait. The odor is too annoying to relax. The only good points were that I liked the mixing of the mask and the brush application and the mask did seem to refining effect on my large pores.

This easily qualifies as my worst cosmetic/skincare purchase ever. It did nothing at all for my skin, good or bad. Nothing. And two of the glycolic pads were dried up in their packages before I even got to use them but I didn't bother contacting DDF about it because the first 2 hadn't done anything anyway. I'll just throw the $65 out the window next time. I did like the Marine Cleanser sample that came with it, and you get a little bottle of Oil-Free Moisturizing Dew, but the enzyme mask was useless. Oh, and I kept the fan brush that came with it and use it for my masks and peels, so that's nice. Still not worth $65 though!
