Wow, I thought the garnier rollerball thing was a worthless, but this stuff has it beat. I actually use the rollerball on one eye and this on the other one and that stupid rollerball actually worked better and it's pretty crappy in itself.
this stuff does not depuff at all. It's a glorified and very expensive gel that burned my skin around my eyes. To be honest, they need to pull this off the market. It's worthless.
Ladies if you want something that depuffs really well and willing to shell out $40, Yonka Phyto for the eye. It's strong in rosemary smell but the stuff works awesome on puffy eyes. Martha Stewart even raves about the product. Second runner up is All aAbout eyes by Clinique, leave it the fridge for a better effect.
Benefit has not impressed me with any of their products so far. I think I will give up on them.

This, like most other Benefit products, disappointed me. While the packaging and pricing are perfectly fine, the product itself is useless. I've been using this for about 2 months now and it barely does anything to reduce early morning puffiness from my tired eyes (I apply it and walk out of my bathroom for 20 minutes, hoping that's enough time to not disturb it and let it do it's thing). There have also been some mornings when I get a burning/stinging sensation under my eyes, which I am sure only adds to the puffiness I am trying to fend off!

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

This product did little to reduce my puffy eye and bags. The only positive thing I found was that it did have a pleasant cooling sensation. I tried this for around 3 weeks hoping that after a few uses it would have a positive effect, however, by about the second week I fond that my under-eye skin became dry and sensitive, if anything my puffy eyes were worse. Will not be purchasing this product again.

Works better for me than Garnier's Rollerball thingy, but is that really saying much? I probably would buy it again b/c I am , sadly, a Benefit cult member and I haven't been able to find anything better. I do like this better than No Puffery which also barely works, but at least this one moisturizes a bit.

Edited 12/10
This product is a complete waste of money!!

This product is great for puffiness in the morning but I can't really see a difference in my regular eye bags. I know other people were complaining about a stinging sensation with this product but that never happened with me and I have super sensitive skin. Overall, if you want a quick fix for morning puffiness, it does the job but for regular eye bags, I'd look for something else.

I've had this for about a year now. It seems to work when my eyes are REALLY puffy - like super tired and super hungover. But it does nothing for my regular bags. It stings a little, too.
All in all, I'd recommend it for those really bad mornings, but not as a daily puff reducer.

I really wanted to try this product for a while and gave in at Sephora. I have been trying it for a week every morning and there is no difference! I was expecting something...anything at all so I could feel ok about buying it. Oh well. Never again!

I like this eye gel, it makes my eye bags go away !! I couldn't believe it....still cannot. My undereye bags usually show when I laugh or smile, I apply this gel in the morning, so I noticed when I laugh, they eye bags aren't noticeable (at least not as large as before) !!!

My friend raves about this and told me to sample it when I was at her house. Ouch....this stuff burned my eyes, I could not stand it and had to wash it off! I never did get to see if it made a difference. I must have sensitive eyes

I have tried many depuffing eye creams/gels, and I have to say-- this isn't one of the better ones. This is an eye gel that you are supposed to apply under your eyes to decrease puffiness. I found that it did little to no depuffing, and it left a weird residue that would roll off if I rubbed my eyes. It felt cool and pleasant against my skin, but I noticed no visible change.

It didn't anything for me. But when I massaged the product around my eyes, I did see a slight different, but that could've been due to the massage.

Although I don't have another eye product to compare it to, this has made a WORLD Of difference when it comes to the puffiness under my eyes which I've always had trouble with (no matter how much I sleep!) I use it morning and night with moisturiser and it goes on so smoothly, a little bit going a long way, but it also just has decreased the puffiness fantastically, and I couldn't recommend it more.

I really want to love Benefit products but after countless tries this product also fails to deliever. I got this at sephora because I ran out of my Clinique all about eyes...I paid 28 bucks for nothing! I don't feel or see any difference and will definitely not purchase any more items from Benefit.

I was on the fence with this for a while mainly because I dont think I was applying enough of it to notice any difference. If your running late in the morning and dont want to leave the house looking like a sleepy head then this stuff helps a bit to take down the puffy eyes, thats if you have the time to apply it, wait a few moments for it to dry, then apply your usual mu! I started applying a little more than usual and thats when I def noticed a tingley feeling under my eyes which makes you feel more awake. I wouldnt say it totally takes the puffiness out but it helps... a bit!

Another night of margaritas, chips and salsa and I wake up looking like one of those puffy children’s stickers—only definitely not as cute. In the past, I tried cool compresses and cucumbers to no avail. I ended up with a slimy, watery mess and puffy eyes. Thankfully, Benefit’s depuffing eye gel cures my puffiness and gets me ready to face the day cool, calm and de-puffed. Unlike the other reviewers on this site, this gel works wonders on my puffy eyes—I gently dab one dot around my eyes with my ring finger and it noticeably reduces the puffiness.

Normal gel with no de-puffing or any moisturising effect at all! I've have no idea how much it cost since I got this as an sample with my purchases. It is a light silicon-like gel with a silky texture, however it does not have any effects at all and leave my eyes drier and more fine lines than before, I even had a tiny bit of stinky feeling the first two times I applied them but not rashes.
This product doesn't work for me, I do suspect that some very young teens (15 - 17) might find it useful though.

Okay so my eyes have dark circles with some puffy bags under them (NICE- I know!). I guess I should probably get more sleep, but that generally isn't an option as far as coursework for school is concerned. I normally wear concealer and that does the trick, but I thought I would give this a shot. I took the previous reviewers advice and put it in the fidge, and I feel that this did help a bit. So. I didn't noice ANY difference, to but it bluntly. Although it did feel great putting it on- really luxurious! If I was rich, I think I would buy this just for the cool silky feeling it has on my skin! However, I am not rich and can't afford such luxury products when they don't really DO anything. I don't mind forking out for MAC and Bobbi Brown, as I know I'll get results. But regarding this, I would skip it. Unless of course you have pots of money and just wan't to experience the great soothing feel of it! EDIT: I'm putting this up to a 4/5, because it is an amazing base for my concealer on my under-eye circles. Love this stuff!
