I thought this product blurred my pores and blackheads around my nose and blends really well! My only complaints is the light coverage that does not cover acne scars and I tend to get oily in about 8 hours.

I am so sad this foundation is being discontinued. I never noticed it until the 50% off sticker was slapped on it at CVS. I've wore it for the last 3 days and am officially in love with it. I'm bummed that I didn't find it sooner! I love the texture, it's so smooth and creamy and glides on my skin wonderfully. You can't even tell I'm wearing foundation when I have this on, my skin just looks perfect! I have lupus and mild rosacea and this covers up all the redness perfectly even with out a bunch of concealer. So, I'll say it again, I'm sad to see this one go.

I really enjoy this product, although I'm almost certain that it's being discontinued. The smell doesn't put me off, it's like a cherry-almond smell (think hotel shampoos =] ) and it gives me a really natural finish. I like it better that Maybelline's dream matte mousse, which I find to look somewhat cakey and overdone. A great alternative to this, be it more expensive is L'oreal's Magic Smooth Souffle, or Matte Morphose Souffle in the UK. :)
Great product overall, would definately repurchase.

Love this stuff, I have acne prone oily skin (not insanely oily like I did in my teens, and it is winter her now so that helps)
    Pros
-matches my skin! these are supposed to be really good at matching your skin tone so try a tester and see how you like it
-blends in beautifully, it feels so soft and smooth
-is very light feeling and comfortable
-love the finish it leaves, lasts long on me, people don't think i'm wearing foundation! and I do not have the best skin, acne scars, red spots, and pimples, yet this helps even those out

    Cons
-if you have any dry skin exfoliate first, this WILL show any dry flaky parts
-comes in a jar, so watch out for contamination!
-may not last you all day, you may want to blot with blotting papers.
I will get this again, it's great!

I feel like I'm smothering my face with this stuff, even when I'm only using a little bit. I will admit, I found one that matches my skin perfectly, and it does cover everything up. I've experienced a little bit of a break out around my chin, not sure if I can blame it on this, but it is possible. I don't think I will buy it again. I'm sure I can find something better and less cakey.

Oh my this product is so terrible if you have acne prone skin, Most covergirl products are wonderful with my skin, like the clean foundation and powders. But this stuff just created pimples everywhere, I don't think that i've ever been this broken out from a product before it just amplified my acne.

In general, I like this foundation. I chose this one based on Paula B's review that this is a good, cheap drugstore product for normal to oily skin. I chose the shade Natural Ivory, which seems to be a good match for my NW 20 skintone. Overall, this gives me light coverage and blends well with my skin. No breakouts either. It does wear off by the end of the day, but I don't mind that. The reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 is the jar packaging. It's a bit unhygenic. I use a Q-tip to remove the foundation and then I transfer it to a wedge sponge for application. Aside from that extra step, I really like this foundation.

My current foundation. I used to use it in the liquid form, but I found this goes on better, smoother, more subtle, but still with full coverage. It's a decent price for a drugstore brand. The only flaw I have with it is since I'm very pale it can at times, add a tint of yellow to my skin. But, if you have a light powder to set it with, there are no problems.
I would definitely buy this again, and have been for over a year.
Edit: wow, so many people have had bad experience with this stuff. It's been my lifesaver. It is extremely hard for me to find good coverage nongreasy foundations for my pale and at times breakout-prone skin! I'm sorry to all of you who haven't had as great of an experience with this as I have, but I absolutely love it.

I like the jar! It feels glamourous to be using this and applying it. I love the consistency of this makeup. It glides on like a gel/creme and just feels wonderful! I love the color selection too. CG has been doing a good job staying away from orangey-looking colors. I use 420 Creamy Natural and it does a really nice job blending into my skin tone and while decreasing redness around the nose and eyes. I layer a little extra over my undereyes and over old acne scars or discoloration and it looks great! I love this foundation and I really hope they keep this one around! I love the packaging too! It feels very 1940s. I don't know if the experience of applying this would be as good in a pump. I love dabbing it on!

If you like sheer foundations, this is really good drugstore option. My favorite is Dior Skinlight, but it's an expensive habit so I put CG TruBlend Whipped into the rotation. Soft Honey is an awesome color for tanned Asian skin tones. The consistency is almost like those whipped yogurt desserts you can buy at the supermarket. It blends easily and sheer into a soft, sheer matte finish. The only con is I find it a bit silicone-y on the skin and it feels like it could wipe off easily without powder to set it or a primer. And I love glass jars :)

i have never really liked covergirl foundations at all. but then i saw this in the drugstore, and felt the consistency of a tester, and decided to try it out. and i was veryyyyy pleased. it has a luscious, whipped feel that glides onto your face with a silky finish. even though i got a shade too light, it looks completely natural. it blends perfectly, and moisturizes my dry skin without being over-oily. i don't even need to use my MAC skinfinish over top. this is completely natural looking and light feeling. a welcome surprise from covergirl.

I have a hard time finding foundations that don't break me out or clog my pores. High end brands are too rich for me (both in price and formula) so I can't use them. I was a great fan of CG original trublend (pump bottle) foundation so i had to give this "whipped" version a try! I am a MAC NC 20-25. I chose 420 Creamy Natural and it matched my skintone PERFECTLY. This foundation truly has a whipped like texture to it. I believe that it's light - medium coverage and it's definitely buildable. It's also very blendable. I apply this with a sponge and achieve great results. Yes, the jar can be unsanitary, but I just take out a smallish amount and place it on the back of my hand and use from there. I don't keep dipping it back into the jar. I don't recommend this foundation for ppl who have oilier skin types since this does somewhat have a dewy finish (as mentioned below). I really like how this foundation looks on me and makes my skin flawless. Keep in mind, I don't really have any major skin problems, just some uneven redness that i want to cover up. This works beautifully. I haven't experienced any break outs, but then again, I don't use this foundation every day. I got mine for about $8CDN on sale. Reg is about $12.99 give or take. Thumbs up for me and I def will repurchase!
**UPDATE** I tried layering this to get a fuller coverage and notice that it does get cakey when over applied. So use a light hand.

This is my HG drugstore foundation when I'm not wearing MUFE HD. It has a nice matte finish that's slightly glowy, which looks great. Blending is really easy to do and I found that I could wear any shade within two ranges of my actual color which shows how great the pigment match is. It's very light and is an all-around great foundation.
Update: As much as I like this foundation, I'm a not a big fan of the jar container because of sanitary reasons. I'm switching to Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse Airbrush Finish, a foundation that's just as great as this one but has a pump!

I ran out of foundation before prom, and needed something fast. I randomly picked this little thing out... ugh. I opened it up and it looked so pretty, like a tan whipped cream, ya knoww. That was the only thing good about it, really. The smell is terrible. It kinda smells like cleaning supplies. And if you rub it between your fingers for a second the consistency is nothing but oily grossness. And that's what it looks like on your face. It rubs off super easy, even with a setting powder. I leaned my face on my hand and noticed later that I had a cakey mess on my hand. And that was just from rubbing it off... Never buy this stuff. It's disgusting.

I tried this because I loved the old Trublend, and while the color and consistency were similar, it broke me out worse than any foundation I've ever used. I generally have very dry skin and don't often have breakouts.

I really wanted to like this foundation. Especially when I heard it was formulated like the old TruBlend in the plastic pump bottle. I excitedly picked out my shade...went home and hoped to fall in love. NOT SO. I felt like I was trying to apply melting whipped cream to my face. I tried a sponge and my fingers and the darn foundation didn't want to let go of either. It has an awesome consistency, but it just didn't work out. I will never understand why cosmetic companies try to fix what isn't broken! This went back to the store the same day.

This might be my new HG foundation. I'm usually a powder kinda girl (I have pretty good skin)but I also have some redness that I need to cover up. I go this hesitantly, since my previous experience with whipped foundation (Maybelline dream mousse) has been at best... experimental. That is to say, I never used it again. Looking at the packaging for 410 I feared it would bee too light. Opening it up and looking at the actual product, I thought it might be too orange. Putting it on, it was too perfect! Amazing color match. Go, me! I love the coverage too. My main problem with liquid/cream foundations has been the cakiness and "foundation"look. This actually looks pretty natural Not to mention flawless! It does accentuate dry areas, so this'll definitely be my summer foundation. I get dry patches in the winter, when I cannot wear basically any foundation-type anything except tinted moisturizer or I look peely and dry. I actually did not notice any smell until I read these reviews, and then I went and smelt it and I almost gagged. If you are sensitive to smells... dont waste your money. If you're like me and you don't notice at all, go for it! You won't regret it.

LOVEEE THIS! I noticed my friends skin was looking amazing so I asked her what foundation she was using, if any. She told me about this product so I went out and bought it and fell in love! It's great, makes your skin look flawless and NOT cakey at all! I'm usually so picky and only use high end foundations but now I can save $ and still have good coverage :) !

I love this stuff. It gives a great airbrushed, flawless look. It is great for my oily skin and I find that it looks a lot fresher than some liquid foundations. I have the lightest colour and it blends perfectly with my skin. It is high coverage and covers my acne and redness perfectly. The jar lasts forever and if you put too much on your hand or wherever, it is very easy to just put it back.
