This is quite moisturizing for an eye gel but it is really more of a gel-cream.
I have really sensitive skin under my eyes and mild rosacea and this has never irritated me or clogged my pores. After several months my undereye area seems to be a bit brighter - I don't have huge bags so I can't really comment on that but it does seem to help with minor AM puffiness (but really the best thing for bags & puffiness is some type of cold compress). I use this in the am and at night I layer Dr. Hauschka eye balm over it. This combo has been keeping my eye area soft and smooth without any dryness or milia (which I usually have a problem with most eye creams). For reference, my undereye area is dry & I have one slight fine line under each eye but no wrinkles or crow's feet. For younger skins I think the Body Time eye gel would be enough moisture. Very reasonable too - $16.25 for a 1 oz. jar which seems huge compared to most .5 oz eye creams.
