not good as what i expect. I think it's a little bit strong for everyday use.

I have been using this in the evening to remove my makeup, sunscreen, and primer. It works well but I have not seen any of the brightening effects. I haven't had any irritation unless I rub too hard.
Overall it is a good basic cleanser.

I wouldn't say that this is "skin brightening". I've been using it for a few months now and haven't seen any difference really. It's an average exfoliator and I use it every other day mainly just because I hate to waste products. After this is gone I'm going back to St. Ive's.

I've used a lot of other brands but none of them hav ever done what this cleanser has done for me! This wonderful product removes my waterproof mascara and makeup without burning my eyes or drying out my skin. I have seen remarkable improvement in my skin... My forehead cleared up drastically and my skin is more brighter with less discoloration. Smells wonderful and with the Aveeno Skin Brightening Scrub my skin feels luscious! Highly recommend this product :)

It is cheap and it is good. I use it every morning since it's the cleanser that I put beside the sink =)) =))

I bought this cleanser a couple of months ago. I can't say I'm a fan. It didn't make me break out, but it didn't exactly do anything for my skin either. It says that it will brighten and even out your skin tone. It did not do that for my skin. I also have sensitive skin on my forehead and I just found that this made it sensitive and itchy. I won't be buying it again.

I really like this product. =] It's one of the few that works really well for me (I have sensitive skin) My face doesn't go super pink like most products do, doesn't overdries, and no break outs. After a week, It brightens and evens out my skin tone like it promised. But I don't think it treats acne =/ but it does target on removing dead cells and makes your skin really soft.

It leaves your skin feeling super smooth and soft, I'm always getting compliments on how soft my skin is. I absolutely love it.

This product is great. It leaves my skin feeling ultra smooth and clean. It also evened out my skin tone dramatically. I can feel the product working deep into my skin every time I use it.. will purchase again and again!

I love this product! I have sensitive skin & I don't really break out much, but i'm very prone to milia. Aveeno is the only brand that doesn't either break or dry my face out, or cause me to get milia. I used the ultra calming cream cleanser but it didn't help with the milia I was getting so I switched over to this little jewel and haven't had any milia since. I noticed my face was also a little brighter. I just finished my first bottle after having it a couple of months [a little goes a long way] & will be purchasing again. I only wash my face twice a day, a couple times a week to prevent my face from drying out, though I'm not sure if it would dry my face out if I used it more often, I just don't have the need to use it more than that. continued >>

I've been looking for an exfoliater for my face to get the dry skin off of the dry patches from the winter. This cleanser did a great job! I've been using it for about 2 weeks, every night and after exfoliating every night, using a moisturizing cleanser every morning and moisturizing, the dry patches are gone. I would definitely purchase this again!

This is one of the worse cleansers out there! It does not clean well and leaves a residue. Will not repurchase

So I ran out of my regular cleanser while on my honeymoon. I went to the nearest local pharmacy to re-purchase and they didn't have it. I live on the east coast but was on the west coast where the air is SO much drier. I decided to go with something gentle as my skin is super sensitive and reacts to lots of products. This stuff comes in a great pump bottle and smells wonderful but when I woke up the next morning I was bummed to find a red and chapped face. It looked as if I had a sunburn and had begun to peel from it. Needless to say I ditched the cleanser and went with Cetaphil (my old standby) Ladies, if you have sensitive breakout prone skin please avoid this!
P.S. I spent the rest of my honeymoon trying to cover up that red chapped face with gallons of foundation!

This cleanser was good, not great, but good. It was gentle on my skin, not overdrying, and seemed to get all of my makeup off. Still, it didn't seem to improve my skin. I want something to really get into my pores and clean them out and this didn't really deliver. I used up the entire bottle, but I don't think I will go back to it.

I absolutely love this cleanser! heres my story with this product. As when i was 13 i had milia bc of not exfoliating so my mom just picked this up for me and in two weeks time my face had cleared up and was absolutly flawless. So i kept using till i was 17 and then I thought it wasnt doing anything bc my skin was as clear as it could be. So i went in search of other products. I am 20 years old now and I am getting acne and im not even in my teens anymore. I just bought I bottle of this yesterday and my skin is so clear now. I dont even have to wear makeup. I seriously am never going to go without this stuff. It is healing what other cleansers caused like nothing.

I'm on what, my eighth bottle of this? I don't know how many people use it, but I'd say this is an undiscovered gem. No, it doesn't magically clear your skin, but after a 5+ year search for a reasonably priced cleanser that magically clears my skin and doesn't have any chemicall-y unwanted side effects (too dry, strong smell, etc.) I've decided that this is the way to go. It isn't too strong or too light to use on great skin or on relatively poor skin. I prefer to use gels/creams with the desired acne-fighting ingredients than to use acne fighting cleansers (provided that I haven't found that perfect acne-fighting cleanser.) The exfoliating factor is not overwhelming or too harsh for once a day use, and since my skin is pretty oily, I often use it twice a day, and I use it to take my face makeup off. I love how fresh and natural it feels, just completely cuts through the grease at the end of the day or when I wake up. I haven't used any other Aveeno products, but this is a find. And you can't beat the price. At least try it, it's not like it'll break your bank.

This cleanser is alright. It does what it says..whenever I use it my skin seems a bit "brighter".
It works well in exfoliating dead skin from the face, my face feels cleaner after I use it.
I like the smell of this cleanser, it's not too overpowering
As for pimples, it doesn't treat/prevent them, at least not for me anyway,

It is an okay product overall. It cleaned my face well enough but it did not result in brighter skin as promised. I find it too rich in its scent as well. Will not repurchase.

I love this cleanser!! It smells great and I love the exfoliating feel yet its gentle enough for an everyday use. It lasts me months compared to some the Neutrogena cleansers that I have used in the past which didn't last long. It prevents breakouts and makes my skin so much softer.

I must say that I love this cleanser! I was on the lookout for a simple cleanser to just rinse and go with, and this is it!! And the bottle is easy to lock, so it doesn't spill if/when I try to transport it !!
