This didn't "lift" anything. It did not reduce lines, circles, puffiness, darkness, etc. It was very average in terms of its ability to fulfill its claims. On the upside, it didn't sting, irritate, or dry out my eyes. It is a light-to-medium moisturizer, but I didn't think that it went the distance (i.e. the moisturizing properties did not last all day) and I'd have to reapply eye cream later in the day. I did not like the jar packaging either and thought it was rather expensive (around 18 USD). I've since switched to Pond's Age Defeye and like it much better.
