This is my absolute favourite drugstore foundation. It gives me the most natural looking coverage I've ever had from a liquid foundation. It doesn't clog my pores, and doesn't rub off yet is very easy to wash off at night. I recommend this foundation for any skin type! :)

I've been using this for a while now and it's not bad. It's really more of a tinted moisturiser. Ok I know it's "nearly naked" but this is ok if you're skin's almost perfect. for anyone actually trying to cover anything forget it.It could be a nice light summer make up, it will even out skin tone.Beware if you're skin is oily as this stuff is rather greasy. I would think most people no matter what skin type would have to set this with powder. The sun protection in this is excellent. it contains both titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. If this suits your needs it's definitely worth considering.

So i bought this in buff, which is slightly darker than my freakishly pale skin tone... and surprisingly it worked. It blended really well and gave me that "sunkissed without looking orange" look. I actually didn't even mean to buy it in buff, it's just that my normal color wasn't available at the store i bought it in. I love the coverage. I don't need too much, just enough to even out my skin tone and cover some redness(although it is buildable). It has a nice glowy finish without looking oily and felt really soft and natural on my skin (i felt like it wasn't even there!!!). I almost always set my foundation with powder but for this one i just put some on my T zone. I love this stuff and am actually looking forward to buying this in the future.

Got this on sale at RiteAid for $3 but I think the normal price is around $12 - $15 which is not too bad. I've been looking for an alternative to my Missha BB Cream (love it!) that I have been trying to use sparingly until I can get more. I'm all about SPF so the 15 is a plus. Buildable coverage to probably about medium but I usually do a sheer layer to smooth and even out my skin. A bit dewy so I recommend a setting powder. DEFINITELY takes a bit of smacking around to get it out of the bottle so I hope they can design it a bit better.

I'm hoping the company attaches a pump to this, it's kind of thick so it takes me a minute to beat it out of the bottle. Overall I'm happy with this though, Almay tends to match my fair coloring better than most of the other drugstore brands. I haven't noticed any acne from it and I tend to have sensitive skin that reacts to everything. In my case I think it's making my skin look better, clearer, and overall more healthy when I take it off. I find this provides a little bit of a dewy finish which I like and it evens out my skin and covers up problem areas without looking cake or very makeup like. I've used the clear complexion from this brand as well but like this one a little better as it doesn't dry me out or emphasize dry patches. I would say if your skin was more oily to try the clear complexion but if you lean towards the dryer side the nearly naked is better. As another bonus this one has a little SPF in it which is nice since I need sunscreen every day to keep freckles, scar darkening, and burning at bay. This was a great buy for the $2 I spent on it at Rite Aid on sale!

I randomly picked this up on clearance at Walgreens for $3. Months later, I finally got around to using it, expecting it to be a last ditch option.
Boy, was I wrong! I was pleasantly surprised with this foundation. It's light coverage for foundation, just a step up from a tinted moisturizer. It's easily blended with a gorgeous satin finish. Decent staying power and doesn't break me out.
You'll still need to apply concealer to trouble spots for a flawless look, but all things considered this a great option if you want a tad more coverage than your TM provides.

I bought this foundation because it was the only one at the drugstore that was light enough for my skin. Ivory 120 is still a little too dark, the colour reminds me of MAC's NC15, but it's wearable for me.
However, the only asset of this foundation is the colour. The coverage is very sheer, it reminds me of a tinted moisturizer. The textrure is VERY dewy, which looks terrible on my oily skin. I need to powder my face at least once in 2 hours when I'm wearing this.
I can see this foundation working well for people with normal to dry skin who don't need a lot of coverage. However, if your skin is even a little oily, beware.

This is an interesting foundation. It is very skin-like and natural, and incredibly easy to blend. I would recommend this to any teenager or makeup beginner who wants to start testing out foundation.
This will even out your skin tone and give you a slightly airbrushed look, yet the makeup itself is virtually undetectable. I swear, people WILL NOT KNOW that you have makeup on! So that's awesome. The drawback, naturally, is that you'll need a separate concealer for blemishes and dark under-eye circles, as this stuff is too light and sheer to be an all-in-one product.
As for the shades, let me first explain my complicated skin. My neck and body are as fair as can be, practically see-through-white. But my complexion is fairly ruddy and blotchy-pink. This means that if use a full-coverage, ultra-pale foundation that matches my neck, it looks very mask-like and ghostly, and if I ever wipe my nose or disarrange the makeup in any way, it exposes a patch of pink that looks WEIRD. So I gave up on the idea of trying to cover my face in foundation in order to perfectly match my neck. It just wasn't going to happen! Instead, I strive to even out my skin tone by spot-applying a pink-toned foundation that blends with my naturally pale, flushed skin. This stuff fits the bill! It has a soft glow (you'll definitely want to set with powder), and excellent sun protection from titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. If you're interested in natural coverage, you should definitely try this out. It's as light as Almay's Smart Shade makeup, but with better shades (I find those run too beigey-orange).
It's hard to find soft, cool-toned ivories that aren't just straight-up ugly PINK. This has a really natural cool tone, and is a welcome respite from all the orange and beige "ivory" shades out there (I'm looking at you, Cover Girl!).
Bottom line: this is a unique product, give it a try!

READ EDIT UPDATE: I've tried this out once before and for some reason I didn't quite like it. It looked oily and shiny on my face. But I decided to give it another go. But this time I mixed it with revlon photoready liquid foundation. I couldn't find the right shade for me the closest I could find was 140 buff but it's a tad too light so I mixed revlons 004 nude and omg it's the best duo together. It makes me look like I'm not wearing any foundation at all. It just looks like you have really nice and healthy skin. I also realized that I'm less shiny on my t-zone as well.
EDIT: I have been breaking out when I used this for over 3 weeks. And I realized it was this foundation. It clogged my pores :( it even clogged my sisters pores. Cause she wanted to try it out too. We haven't been using it ever since and our skin have cleared up. I will never use it again. I will stick to my HG foundation which is the revlon color stay and photoready been using that for 5 years and never had a problem

I have dry skin and gave up powder foundation and am searching for a good, natural looking, liquid foundation. This one isnt bad. It definitely isnt drying; my skin feels very soft after wearing it. I have sensitive, combination skin and after a couple of weeks there is no irritation or breakouts, which is great (Definitely not recommended for oily skin though). The problem is it is a little difficult to apply. Apply sparingly! Use too much and it looks cakey, streaky, and obvious and can sit unnaturally on the skin. I have to use a foundation brush, as a sponge or fingers didnt work at all with this foundation. If you use a small amount and carefuly work in with a brush you can get a nice result. It is sheer coverage and not buildable. I dont think I will repurchase, and instead will continue my search.

I have bought this twice now. I have acne-prone skin, being seventeen and all. This is nice because it doesn't look like I am wearing makeup, but it still covers up redness from acne and makes my skin look healthy and frankly really pretty. I used to use covergirl true match, but it was super orange even in the palest shades and this can actually match pale skin. It is also super lightweight and doesn't crack on my laugh lines, i smile a lot, i don't have laugh line wrinkles but when i smiled with covergirl, cracks would form in that area, which was unattractive. I really like this foundation. I could stand to have a little more coverage, and on my nose and chin it tends to wear off since those areas tend to be oily on my face. Overall I like it a lot.

I do not like this foundation at all!
PROS:
-The color 120 Ivory does match my skin
CONS:
-Looks dewy (almost greasy on my extremly oily skin
-Does NOT cover at all! ://
-It also broke me out. :/
I would say that if you do not need a lot of coverage, have dry, normal or combo skin this make work for you. I will not be repurchasing this foundation!

I did quite enjoy this foundation, although it's not my holy grail or even one of my favorites. It did it's job, and left my skin healthy looking with a nice glow to it. I actually didn't purchase this myself, it was a gift from my mother. Typically, these aren't the types of foundations I gravitate towards because this isn't the type of coverage I like for my acne-prone skin. I need more coverage, but I did use all of the bottle because if you work at it it's quite buildable it just takes time, and I felt that it had good staying power if you set it and was lightweight. For someone who wants a natural, lighter coverage foundation this would probably be a holy grail, although for me I view it as more of a mediocre foundation because it's not what I like for my level of coverage.

I've usually only used tinted moisturizer but I decided I wanted a little more coverage so I decided to give this a try. I love it! It gives a great natural finish to the skin, doesn't make me break out and doesn't settle into creases or fine lines. It's also a fantastic price, though I'd be willing to pay a bit more if they added a pump. I thought I'd need the lightest shade but it was a bit pink for me so I use it in Buff 140. This is definitely my HG foundation!

Ok I only put this on a few hours ago, but I'm loving it! I don't typically wear foundations, normally just concealer or a homemade tinted moisturizer by mixing concealer with moisturizer. I bought this to mainly make a tinted moisturizer, however, I wanted to see how this performed so I'm wearing it as a straight-up foundation right now.
My skin is fair with freckles and I have a lightly ruddy complexion. I wanted something that would even the ruddiness but would let my freckles shine through at the same time (why girls want to erase theirs away? I have no idea). I don't really have acne in general (but I am prone to break outs due to the wrong products or oily stuff), so I can't comment on how it performs with that kind of skin issue. It did cover the blackheads on my nose and the large pores on my cheeks well. But, this didn't cover my small broken capillary, my small surgical scar, or my under eye circles, but that's ok - that's what concealer is for. Besides those three imperfections, my skin overall is ok and I prefer to use concealer on those things than to have heavy coverage all over my whole face.
I'm prone to oiliness and this isn't feeling oily at all (I'm prone to dryness, too, during the winter - I have sensitive skin). It feels rather nice and light, in fact. Not dry, not oily. I did lightly set it with Rimmel's Stay Matte translucent powder, so that could be affecting it (I recommend this powder, by the way).
I have cool undertones and I bought Ivory. In the bottle it is lighter than my face but it turned out to be a very good match. I did rub it into my jawline and onto my chest before buying, this was the only shade in the line that didn't look too dark or orange on me.
There you have it. I recommend this for people who want a natural, sheer coverage. I'm only giving it 4 instead of 5 because I have yet to use it for more than a day, but this is my initial reaction to it. If it turns out to be crap I will come back and edit my review.

I have this in Neutral 220. This has been one of the only foundations I've found that matches my skin tone very well.
It's a light, sheer coverage. I don't have a lot I need to cover up. I just like to use foundation to even out my skin tone (I get the odd bout of redness or hyper-pigmentation).
It's a smooth, creamy foundation that leaves my skin looking dewy and fresh but not oily or shiny. I also like how it has an SPF of 15.
It works best by blending with fingers. I recommend setting it with a translucent powder because it doesn't last very long. If you start sweating around your hair line or if your skin gets oily after a few hours, it will eventually fade. That's my only 'beef' with it. It doesn't last a long time.

I bought the shade Ivory 120
I think the best way to apply it is with your fingers and it will blend in easily, but if you want to use a brush rather than you're fingers then that works well aswell.
Good- I would say this is a step up from a tinted moisturizer and it will be great for summer. It's great for any person who is looking for sheer, natural coverage with SPF.
If you have sensitive skin like me then this is great as it's lightweight and doesn't break you out also it doesn't cause any irritation. If you have fair skin it's the perfect shade, as it blends in so well. It looks like your not wearing any foundation and it's so flawless. it gives you a light coverage but if you apply some powder to set with it, it gives you more coverage. The only thing I would say is I wouldn't recommended it to people who have ache or people who have a lot of redness. As it won't give you the coverage you want.
Bad- The fact it has no pump which is such a pain. I've wasted loads of time trying to get some out, and when I do sometimes too much comes out. However I love the fact that it has SPF 15 because it can protect my skin from the sun more whereas other foundations don't. The last thing is if you want a long lasting foundation, then I wouldn't purchase this one, as it only lasts to 5-6 hours. But it depends how long you want the foundation to stay on for.

I love this product. It doesnt break out my sensitive skin.
I have relitavely clear skin with the ocassional pimple, so this foundation is perfect for me. It's basically a step up from tinted moistruizer, so if you have a lot of acne scarring or redness, then i wouldnt recommend this. This foundation is also very natural, light weight and gives your skin a slightly dewy finish. I also like the fact that it has an SPF of 15.
My only two complaints about this product, is the bottle!!! It is really hard to get the product out without making a huge mess. Also, i find that in the summer, this can make my t-zone slightly oiler.
For school, i usually just mix this with a little bit of my moistruizer, use a bit of concealer, and ligthly set my t-zone with powder. I find that this combination gives me the most natural coverage.
Price: I got mine for about $18CAN, but on sale you can get it for around $12CAD.
If you get it on sale its a great deal because it lasts forever!!

I usually wear mineral foundation but i like to change it up sometimes so i tried almay's nearly naked foundation. i have a clear compexion, i do get the odd pimple though and when that happens i would not turn to this to help cover it up. The coverage is really light... a step up from a tinted moisturizer. overall i would not reccommend this product to someone that is looking for more of a medium coverage, but if you are just looking for something that evens out your skin tone with a bit of a dewy finish this product is just right for you!

While I like to try out new products every once in awhile, this foundation has pretty much been a constant for me for the past 6 years.
This is a relatively light coverage foundation but it is enough to even out your skin tone. I love the way it feels on the skin and it definitely gives a very natural look, even up close no one has noticed that i'm wearing foundation at all.
Will definitely continue repurchasing :)
