Accordign to the package this is supposed ot be a shampoo and conditioner in one. A unique formula ot give hair shine conditioning and fabulousscent. For all types of hair except extra dry or color treated. Well, I can't use this as its meant to be but I love it as a shower gel. It has a faint scent of Sunflowers, a fragrance I used to love almost 10 years ago when it first came out @ Bloomingdales. I like it in the bath and it does a good job. I'm trying it on my cat next. :-)
