I love this stuff . I have very sensitive skin and it is able to protect my skin from the damaging UV rays in the summer months. No scent, not greasy. It does make my skin a little irritated and red and first.. but after a few minutes goes away. I will definetely repurchase in the summer months. No sunburn for me!

As far as sunscreens for the face, this is definately one of my top picks! I love that it has such a high SPF (45), and it truly sinks into your skin so that you're not left looking like a grease-ball. I would not wear it under makeup though- I have found it makes your face look splotchy. Lightly scented but has not made me break out. Good pick if you are fair-skinned and need that extra layer of protection.

Yeah I agree, I don't understand why it is called pretty in zinc when there is hardly any zinc oxide in the product. I am allergic to some suncreens that have a lot of chemicals in it like oxy, or octi. I was excited because this had zinc in it but it had a bunch of other crap in it too, so I was dissapointed.

If I could rate this product a zero I would. It has ONE percent zinc oxide in it. Zinc oxide is the LAST ingredient listed in the active ingredient list. And yet it is called "Prettty in Zinc" and promoted as "Broad Spectrum Sunscreen." The other more prevalent active ingredients are all chemical sunscreens, and none of them are broad spectrum. I e-mailed BBW about this -- asking about the "Pretty in Zinc" name and the low zinc oxide percentage and how it was misleading at best and false at worst. They responded that they had no plans to put more zinc oxide in it and that the other ingredients were the ones that provided the broad spectrum protection. That's a big problem IMHO considering none of those ingredients offer UVA protection. The FDA should take this product off the market. It's misleading (I'm being nice because it's not misleading; it's false) on many levels. The "Pretty in Zinc" name (when there is almost no zinc oxide in it) and the "broad spectrum" claim are both false. This product by far gets the lowest rating I've ever given a product. It deserves a negative score. It's also troublesome that they are promoting it as a facial sunscreen. It comes in a small unsanitary tub, so the packaging is bad, too. It's just bad all the way around.

I like this sunscreen, it's not greasy or irritating at all so it's great for daily use. However, $12 for 1 fl. oz is too much to pay for a sunscreen that's well, just sunscreen.
