This hand lotion is terrible. The $24 price tag is pretty high, hence, so were my expectations. I'm really disappointed -- the consistency is too thin, and it doesn't absorb into the skin. That explains the the sheen that I see on my hands -- it is sitting on the skin surface, instead of moisturizing. I don't care if my palms have a nice sheen to them when they still feel like sandpaper. Ugh. I contacted reflect.com, and they refunded my money, as they said that at the moment, they would not be able to customize a better hand cream. The product was a disappointment, but as always, their customer service is top notch.
