This eye cream wasn't nearly moisturizing enough for my dry and sensitive skin. It seemed to cause a little irritation, too.

I bought this eye cream because it was rich and I needed something that was very moisturizing. The hydration is ok but it seems to only moisturize my eyes superficially as I usually wake up to dry eyes. I didn't see any improvement on fine lines or dark circles. It's probably good for prevention but not if you want address any specific problems such as dark circles, fines lines or puffiness.

Eye creams can be expensive; this one is reasonably priced, but you need to use it with something else; I use it with the Eye Peptides and get a good result. It is a light yellowish cream, not heavy, and a little goes a long way. It doesn't irritate me (and I have supersensitive skin and am allergic to scent, but YMMV.)
I like it with the Eye Peptides. Sometimes I also layer the Wrinkle Stick over it for more protection, esp. in winter.
It works about as well as Mery Kay eye cream, but less scented and not in a pot like MK. Also about as well as Clinique's very good eye cream.

I've been using this eye cream for 3 years now and when I now tell people I'm 38, they never believe me. They always ask what I use on my skin to look so young. I just tell them DHC. I do have oilier skin, but I've noticed it drying out in spots as I'm aging, especially around the eye area. Luckily, this eye cream soothes and plumps, never leaving me with irritation. I ran out of this eye cream while I was in South Korea for work, and, low and behold! - There was a DHC store just waiting for me to wander in! Sweetest girls, cutest store, best eye cream... :-)

I like this eye cream, but I am not as enthusiastic about it as some of other DHC products. It goes on a bit greasy and doesn't absorb all that quickly. It does a good job of moisturizing, but maybe my skin isn't dry enough to require this level of moisturizer. My mom adores it though. It really plumps up any lines around her eyes - you can see an immediate difference (She is 65, I am 33). Maybe in a few years I will try it again.

This bothered my eyes & irritated them even when it was not really near the eye. Surprising for a DHC product - I'm a big fan of DHC but this eye cream is a dud. continued >>

I am a regular DHC customer, and like several of their products. But the sample I tried of this was CRAP! My eyes started watering and then the product ran into my eyes and it stung ~ and I am not the sort who is sensitive to different ingredients. WHO sells an eye cream that burns when it gets into your eyes?!?

This is a nice, non-irritating eye cream that absorbs quickly into the skin. Comes in a .88 oz tube for $24.

this is provides hydration, absorbs quickly, fragrance free and suitable for sensitive skin. I'm not sure if it prevents fine lines.

This eye cream really suprised me. I did not expect it to be so firming and rich! Great formulation with retinyl palmitate, Q10, alpha-arbutin, and antioxidants. I have extremely dry skin and this is really lasting all day for me. Nice light and air protecting tube, easy to use and instant results.
Update 12.10.08: I still use this eye cream over the Eye Treatment Peptides and love it. It is quite nourishing and I have desert like skin. Also, I have noticed a couple of freckles around my eye are actually dissappearing since using this. It's a great value at 0.8 oz. This is one DHC product I'll definately keep in my routine.

This is a really great eye cream for me. In fact, I haven't found an eye cream that works decently without irritating/ stinging/ drying out my eyes in... forever, at least, not one that actually moisturizes! I was using Cetaphil cream on my eyes before this and while it was very gentle, it, for some reason, began giving me tiny breakouts underneath my eyes. (Yuck.) I started using this and my entire area became very clear and smooth with no more breakouts or lumps or milia. I believe I've been using it for around three weeks to a month. It does a great job of moisturizing throughout the day and night, it sinks in quickly, and it brightens the eye area. As far as wrinkles-- I only have a slight crow's foot on my right eye, and I think only retinols will get rid of wrinkles, but this is definitely preventative due to the Q10 (antioxidant) and moisturizers. I really like this and will continue to use it, along with the Q10 face cream, which is a true miracle cream. p.s. I also like that it's in a tube!

I got a sample of this and based on the sample I would not purchase the full size. It seemed to be okay, but nothing that I had to rush out and get or could not live without. Maybe if I used it longer I would be more convinced.

I've been using this for a year now, and I'm happy with it. I'm 26, and I bought it more for prevention than anything else. I have some small lines, and I'd like to keep it that way. I also started using a tiny dab on my smile lines, and I feel like all of the lines have decreased.
I like that it is gentle, I've never had a break out from it, and it is absorbed quickly.
I would buy this product again.

I am so impressed by this product! I've been getting the DHC catalog with samples for close to 10 years now, and I never tried a single product until recently. I happened upon another DHC review, so I was prompted to try my samples. I always save my samples for when guests come to visit. Anyway, I read all the reviews of the different eye products and decided to try the coenzyme Q10 eye cream. This is good stuff! I only have little fine lines, but they are totally disappearing! You know that one line right below your eye? The one that everybody develops? Well... mine are disappearing. I can't even believe it. I am ordering the full size right away. I don't have dark circles, so I can't say that the eye cream works for that, but fine lines-watch them be erased! By the way, I have really sensitive eyes AND really sensitive skin, and I have not had any bad reaction whatsoever. I highly recommend you sample this one. It's really good.

I dont have any wrinkles around my eye area, but its very crepey and pretty dry in the winter here. So I have been using DHC Q10 eye cream, which so far is adequate. It certainly moisturises the eye area and doesnt give me milia or any allergic reactions. But its very basic, as in, it doesnt reduce puffiness nor does it fade dark circles under my eyes.
I will continue to use it but during the summer, I probably will just use it at night.

I found this to be a good, basic eye cream (and liked the fact that it was in a tube rather than a tub) but it didn't actually do anything other than be somewhat moisturizing. It did not break me out or give me milia, and it did not irritate my skin or give me an allergic reaction, but nothing about it screamed "phenomenal!" either.

I have used the Concentrated Eye Cream for the last 6 years. I love it, and have recommended it to many people and everyone loves it. But I just realized that it's been irritating my eyes this entire time (way to pay attention, eh?) So after doing a lot of research on all the eye creams out there, I tried this one. I'm allergic to shea butter, lanolin, and I despise silicones -- so I'm pretty limited in what I can use. This is lighter than the Concentrated and not as emollient. The big difference is that the Concentrated has rosemary, ginseng, licorice, royal jelly - whereas, this one has very few extracts in and is less "hot". I've heard that some people are more sensitive to this one than the Concentrated - but I didn't have any reactions to this one. Overall, this just wasn't enough for me. I've been using just a drop of olive oil under my eyes and that's actually working okay for now.

I like this eye cream. Until now, I haven't found a product that greatly reduces the crepiness in my upper eyelids. This one does seem to reduce the wrinkled appearance in that area of my eyes. However, I haven't noticed any change in dark circles or the little crow's feet lateral to and below the eyes. Like other reviewers, I like the light texture. It's not a miracle product, but I'm happy for now!

This is a decent eye cream; really not a bad product. It has a nice smooth texture, sinks in quickly and does a good job moisturizing. However, I can't help but compare it to another DHC product, Concentrated Eye Cream, which is a far better product. Concentrated Eye Cream somehow manages to moisturize and "freshen" the look of the eye area without adding puffiness. Q10 Eye Cream, not so much; probably because it is more moisturizing. Frankly, it doesn't seem all that different from the Q10 Cream.
