I use this as my AM cleanser. It preps my skin nicely for whatever moisturizer, primer or makeup I want to use, doesn't overdry and you don't need much to clean your skin. It's pricey but I think it's worth it.

I picked this up at TJMaxx as a 3 pack (exfoliator & oil control moisturizer) for dirt cheap so figured I would give it a try. After using the cleanser, my face felt tight but clean. However after using for a few days, I started to break out. I continued to use it intermittently with my other cleansers however each time, I would get break outs. Glad I tried it but don't think it works for me. continued >>

I used the version for oily skin. It left a greasy film and did not leave my skin clean. I broke out more often. Finally I had to admit defeat and throw this in the back of the closet for guest use. I think this is not a good idea at all for people with acne prone skin, at least not for this person. All in one products are just not a good idea, I need a separate step for toning and cleansing, and since I don't wear foundation I think the oil in this was causing more harm than good! Very disappointing, because I really liked the exfoliating mask.

I first tried this cleanser when it was on sale as a promotional item at Sephora. It has been the best cleanser for my dry, very sensitive skin. I loved how it was able to gently take off all my makeup, even waterproof eye makeup. Although applying it directly to dry skin seems unconventional, it aids in the removal of makeup. After rinsing, my skin was left moist, clean and refreshed. I loved it so much after one use, I went back to Sephora and stocked up at the promo price.
So...why aren't I going to buy it again? Namely because of the current retail price and the amount of product. At $25 for maybe a month's worth of cleanser, it's simply not worth it. I'd rather have a 3-step program of makeup removal, cleanser and toner at a fraction of the cost.

I really don't have problems with my skin. It's dehydrated from lack of water intake but other than that not too bad. This stuff works great for me. It leaves my skin very soft and clean feeling. I feel like they say it's a toner as well because it doesn't leave a residue and leave you feeling having to tone. It removes make up pretty well too but I still wash twice to make sure everything is off. Really leaves my skin ready for exfoliation or moisturizer!

I'm sorry others have had bad experience with this product but I just simply love it! I have very oily skin with dry patches on cheek and chin area, just after one use ALL the dry patches went away and my face was unbelieveably soft! My forhead has been rough and I've exfoliated it like every week and used heavy moisturizer and no results and this stuff took care of that in one use. My face stays pretty matte (I only use sunscreen under makeup) and I probably start to get shiny about 3pm, which is fine by me since no mattifier or primer has every gotten me through longer than 3 hours! I don't even think I really care for a little shine when my face is this soft with absolutely no redness or irritation after 2 week use now!

this is officially my new HG! This cleanser is so gentle yet it takes off everything! i've always had a hard time finding a cleanser that took off all my makeup (especially eye makeup) that didn't dry the crap out of my skin. well now i've found it. it's a liquid-foaming cleanser that foams when you pump it out. you put it on dry skin and just work it in circular motions until there's no more foam and rinse :) love it love it LOVE it! i would definitely buy again

I purchased this product twice. Don't know why I purchased it the second time, maybe because I saw it on sale and though I would give it another try? Anyway, I ahve heard many rave about it, but it has never worked well for me. Leaves a film behind, doesnt take off my Bobbi Brown or Le Guerlain Mascara, and isnt anything special. I like that it is a cleanser and toner in one, but I feel that Dessert Essence Tea Tree Oil wash better removes EVERYTHING with better ingredients, for $7 and also tones. That said, I will not repurchase. Unless another 3 years go by and I forget that I dont like it when I see it on sale again...

I purchased this as part of a kit at TJ Maxx for $10-I'm glad I didn't spend any more than that as it caused me a horrible allergic reaction.
It works to take off waterproof makeup and does cleanse well, but my eyes are red and puffy and my face feels as though it's been sunburned.
People with sensitive skin may wish to steer clear;I wish I had.I will stick to my Neutrogena for makeup removal and probably toss this.

I got this dirt cheap at TJMaxx with the exfoliator & moisturizer. I've been using it for about a week and so far, I really like it. It takes off the heavy eye makeup that I've been applying, including heavily pigmented dark cream eyeshadow. I have fairly oily skin and it doesn't make my skin feel icky after washing. (icky = like I need to wash again or use toner)
All in all, I'm really happy that I got this. Especially since the whole kit was only $10!!! continued >>

I got the full size at sephora for $8 -- dirt cheap compared to the regular price of $30. I wouldn't have even looked at it if it were the regular price! Well brought it home, and tried it....well, it's good. That's all. No fanfares, no feeling of 'UGH!!" It was just ok.
Then I brought it to work (I'm a flight attendant) and every time I would get to a hotel and try to use it, it would be all over the plastic bag I had it in -- it was leaking! From where???? It's a foam dispenser -- nothing to twist open! I returned it - it worked fairly well for taking off make up -- but I felt that it wasn't enough, and the leaking part was annoying!

So I got the travel size of this to try out, figured it would be a good amt as a trial-
At first it was ok, didn't notice anything odd-Yet after a couple times I could feel something coating my face, nothing bad though-
But it really wasn't washing my face-I don't even use a lot of make-up and it couldn't get off my mascara, I use Clinique water resistent one, so it shouldn't be a problem but it never came off with this stuff-
I'd go back to my old Dior Cleansing Gel and off it went, even the new stuff I bought Caudalie and it comes off right away but the Cosmedicine stuff couldn't remove anything at all-
When the bottle was done I decided not to buy the large size, it did nothing for me and I think there is a reason why you shouldn't have a toner and cleanser in one-

I'm honestly sort of scared of this thing. I've been using Shu Uemura's Cleansing Oil (the green one) and loved it, but believe that something in it was making my eye area flaky and irritated. Since this was only $8 at sephora for the 4.2oz, i thought to give it a try (especially since it says to remove mu which is what shu oil does, and i didn't want to go back to using normal mu remover any more).
i'm honestly not sure if it's a mistake at this point or not. First two days, loved it. It cleaned off my mu (not as well as the shu oil, but close) and instantly got rid of the flakey eye thing (so it WAS the shu oil). I washed it off though, as i'm not used to leaving anything on my face, even if it is a toner.
third time i decided to reapply it on my face after washing it, since it's a toner, right?
It's been about a week, and I'm so regretting using this in some way...on one hand it got rid of my eye problem, but now i have a whole face problem! My skin (especially cheek area) is really HARD, like there's a layer of scaley skin all over my face (except eye area, even though i use it in the eye area too), and my skin is sort of peeling (due to lack of exfoliation?). If i tried to use it in conjunction with another product it also caused an allergic reaction on my face so that my left side got red and swollan (though not as bad as one time i had allergic reaction to spf in sunblock). At that time I used it in conjunction with the shu oil, and then later i used clinique's mild facial cleanser, put on this as toner, and then the clinique dramatically moisturizing lotion. one of those things was not mixing well with this damned thing, and yeah, allergic reaction.
and today my whole face is peeling a little (especially around mouth area). i'm not sure if this is an after effect of the allergic reaction (sort of like sunburn, skin peeling) or if it's from using this cleanser. I'm gonna give it two more days (and i'm going to discontinue all of my other face products, and just use this, and not reapply as toner after shower) to see if it clears up. if not, this thing is going back to Sephora. Thank god it was only $8. UGH

I see the reviews on here make this product seem very unremarkable, and yes it's not a singular, special foamy cleanser, BUT it is well packaged with the pump dispenser and it works very well. You have to shake it up and massage onto dry skin, I do this before I hop in the shower at the end of the day. It won't dry out my (normal/combination problem-free skin) and removes WP mascara and other m/u quite well. I guess that the toner they mention that prevents skin from feeling tight and dry after. I was surprised by actually liking it because some Cosmedicine products have disappointed me is , but this is good stuff.

I got this based on a recommendation from a Sephora rep for my facial redness. It cleanses well and removes all makeup but I don't know that it's anything that special. I don't think I will be buying this product again.

This cleanser was just okay for me. It had a funny smell and I thought it wasn't too different from other cleansers except for the fact that it really got rid of all my waterproof mascara, but then any cold cream can do that much. This wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst so I gave it 3 lippys.

My face is very congestion-prone and when I used this product, I could see visible results straight away in clarifying my skin. The fact that it's a cleanser-and-toner-in-1 is a bonus - since usually I'm too lazy to use a toner. It doesn't dry out my skin even in winter. The price is the only downside ($55 in Aus). I plan on trying the exfoliator next :)

I work at Sephora so I have tried quite a few eye makeup removers, in search of the best one- THIS IS AWESOME at getting EVERYTHING off! Works better than anything I have ever tried! I can pile on the makeup and this gets it off with NO scubbing what so ever! One thing I don't like is rubbing around my eye area- and you don't have to with this, it just works right away
