This is actually my favorite eyeliner from urban decay because I love the bright color and it really complements brown eyes. I use it on my waterline all the time.

This is my first review on this site. I hardly ever review products unless I REALLY like them. With that said, Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Electric is hands down one of the best eyeliners I've ever tried (and trust me, I've tried a LOT of eyeliners...you should see the top of my dresser alone, lol). It goes on SO incredibly smooth and the color is to die for.
I have dark brown eyes and I use the liner on my bottom lids only. I put it under my lower lashline and apply my usual brown-black liner on my lower lash line but on the inner rims, so the brown-black overlaps the blue a bit and looks smoothly blended, not gaudy.
The only "gripe" I have (if I have to have one) is the price. These pencils are about $18 a piece which is a little steep for me, but like I said, these are so worth it.
There are other colors in the 24/7 line that I really like as well, such as Dime and Asphyxiate, but Electric is definitely my all-time favorite. Can't live without it!

Bright eyeliners seem weird and off-putting at first, but they can look really good. This is a really cool color and it pops on pale skin, though I think it would look good on all skin types, tbh. If you're feeling lazier and don't want to mess with a lot of makeup, just a quick tightlining with this color and some mascara and you're good to go. I think UD's eyeliners are highly pigmented and have pretty good staying power. They might look a little bit smudged by the end of the day, but I haven't met a friendly eyeliner that DIDN'T smudge, really.

Electric is a gorgeous bright blue, super easy to apply, doesnt run or smudge and wears all day! Sadly i don't wear it very often because my eyes are green and it doesnt really suit them, which would probably mean my face loses a lippy...

You know, I kinda have to laugh at myself for thinking that my previous "favourite blue eyeliners" were 5/5. This eyeliner puts all of my previous blue eyeliners to shame, on all counts. This has the best staying power. They really aren't kidding when they say 24/7 glide-on. It's smooth as can be. No tugging whatsoever. I have always loved my Annabelle blue eyeliners. But what a difference. Those ones tend to tug. They tend to dull right down and require a lot of sharpening. Not to mention the colour fades. This Urban Decay pencil is perfect. It glides on electric blue in the morning, and by night it's STILL electric blue. Gotta love when products advertise TRUTH! The price is a lot higher than I'd like to spend, but at the same time, I will continue to repurchase because I am impressed with these liners and they are certainly worth the money spent. I have always loved the way blue liner looks paired with my brown eyes and tanned skin. Very appealing. Now I am positive I found that perfect blue to do the enhancing.

Best pencil liner I have worked with so far. Goes on easily. Doesn't fade throughout the day. Very close to a waterproof liner in the fact that it stays on, but if you make a mistake or when you're ready to wash your face, it comes off very easily. The packaging is simple and very distinguishable from other eyeliners. I would recommend this to everyone. I use this mostly on my waterline, paired with a gold shadow and black liner on my lids.

Really impressed with these eyeliners! Okay, it did not stay put, it faded somewhat, but at least I dont look like a raccoon! huge plus! Expensive, so I doubt I'll be buying colors I dont use very often.

This is such a pretty eyeliner. I like to use this to make my eyeshadow pop. I also like to use this as a base for Grafitti eyeshadow as it creates the most beautiful effect I have ever seen. It turns into a bright turquoise-green. You should try it out!

Alright, first I must admit: I am not a fan of blues. As a color in general and especially as eye makeup. I have the mini version of this that came with the jackpot set- otherwise I never would have purchased it. However, I figured eh, why not, and gave it a shot. Wow! It's such a bright, vibrant blue! I kind of like it. Not a color I'd wear a lot, but a nice one to have around in case you just feel kind of uninspired makeup-wise. Use this as a liner and see what you can build around it that will look good. Like a makeup challenge, heh. Or you can use it as a base all over the lid for some kind of vibrant blue eye look. It is very creamy and blendable. Only real downside is my complaint about all 24/7 liners: they are no good for making a thin line. Though if you are using this colors you probably aren't worried about being "natural" anyway :).

This is such a beautiful colour, and it also stays for a long time. The only reason I wouldn't buy this again is because it runs out so fast (it's so soft, and needs constant sharpening), and because it's so expensive.

I love this eyeliner! I got the mini size in the UD jackpot set and it's so pretty :) it really does bring out my brown eyes. I love all the 24/7 eyeliners because they are so creamy and just glide right on. Anyways, the color electric is a bright vivid blue that stands out on it's own. I usually just wear the on my upper lash line and it looks beautiful. If you're looking for a bright blue eyeliner than you should probably go check this one out.

This was my first crazy coloured eyeliner and I have to say, I ABSOLUTELY love it! I've always been a black eyeliner kinda girl because I like fuss-free makeup, but lately I've been a whole lot into colours and this is one great colour and eyeliner that everyone MUST-HAVE!
Pros:
1. Creamy, glides on easily and is pretty pigmented. No tugging and it doesn't hurt at all.
2. The most awesome part is it's staying power. I started out wearing it on my bottom lashline and it doesn't smudge AT ALL, and it doesn't fade even after a full day of wearing it! And then I tried it as a liner and it did not smudge nor fade at all! Doesn't even require any touch up.. The weather over here in Singapore can get crazily hot and you'd find your makeup melting at a fast rate, but this liner did not budge at all. Amazing! It's my HG liner! I'm gonna get a few more different colours.
3. The colour is soooooo pretty! You can wear this on your bottom lashline with a black/brown liner just to make your eyes pop. Or even on top of your liner just for that little extra somethin' somethin' ;)
4. I have been using it for about a couple of months and I haven't sharpened it a lot. This is a really good investment for the long run.
Con:
1. The only bad thing could be the price? It's selling at 32SGD over here in Singapore, which is about 22USD.

Tip: You gotta let your foundation set on your eyes first before applying this eyeliner on it. I didn't let my foundation set and when I tried to draw this on, it was tugging on my eyes a little and it wouldn't go on. But I gave the foundation time to set and it drew on beautifully.

So, when Urban Decay called their 24/7 eyeliner “the best eye pencil ever, ever, ever” they were totally on to something. They weren’t kidding when they said this stuff would not budge, I often use it to draw on wings, and when they dry I can run my finger across them and they don’t smudge even one bit. This stuff is great if you don’t have time to keep fixing your makeup throughout the day, you can feel confident that whatever you put on in the morning will remain there all day, any day. Now lets talk about color. I must say that the electric (bright aquamarine) eye pencil is definitely one of my favorites. It’s a really bright blue with little flecks of silver glitter throughout, its really sparkly and fun and if you’re into that kind of color I’d definitely recommend it.

This is the best eyeliner I've ever purchased! It gives me that bright pop of color that enhances my brown eyes and doesn't look harsh against my PPP skin. The best thing about it is its lasting power - there is minimal smudging, even by the end of the day. I have extremely watery eyes and I've been on the hunt for a HG eyeliner for ages because a lot of the so-called waterproof eyeliners do not last on my waterline. This is highly recommended!

Urban Decay 24-7 liners are the best eyeliners on the market. The color is always creamy and glides on, unlike many other liners on the market.
The hint of metallic adds sparkle without being overbearing.
I wish I had one of every color in this line of product.

This is a stunning bright turquoise eyeliner with silver glitter. It is smooth as butter and has amazing staying power. It can be hard to sharpen because it's so soft and it doesn't stay very pointy, as other reviews stated as well. It's a great, albeit expensive, eyeliner that would look striking on brown eyes especially, however it looks terrible on my blue eyes. I would buy this again because it's a great product but I think I'll try it in a more flattering colour (I'm eyeing the bright purple!)

EDIT: had to take a lipstick off - I tried one of the liners on my waterline and it was so uncomfortable and irritated my eyes like crazy. It was as though someone sucked the moisture from my eyes. This liner is great for the lid but I will never put it on my waterline again! Ouch... I guess I should have thought glitter=pain but I thought the main selling feature was the fact that they stay on so well, and the only time I have issues with eyeliner staying on is when it's on my waterline!

I have had this since it came out - but lately I have been wearing it much more. For me it's perfect for the summer and warmer months. I have hazel eyes and I love how this liner brings out the green in my eyes and makes them pop. I've used this with bright colours as well as with greys and neutrals for a surprising pop of colour. Even though I love it, I find the color a little too bright and not really wearable.
The application is amazing it glides on creamy and thick. It's easy to work with if you want to smudge it out and it stays on really well even if you don't. I don't have any problems with smudging, running, or anything not even in water. I don't know if it's waterproof but it stays put wonderfully for me.
One downside is it's a little soft so if it gets too sharp it can easily break off and sharpening can be an ordeal. If you live somewhere very warm you may want to store it in a cool place like the refrigerator.

I LOVE this eyeliner! I actually bought a full size of this instead of buying a mini in a kit. I have NC30-35 asian skin (brown eyes) and this just looks perfect on me. It pops against my skin and makes my eyes look SO brown. I always get compliments when I wear this bright aqua shade. For some reason, this lasts the longest on me out of all the 24/7 liners I have. Zero smudges on me immediately, but Electric will last the whole day without smudging. I don't have sensitive eyes, but this works on my waterline too. There is glitter in it, but it doesn't irritate my eyes or my contacts. I would buy this again in a flash.
