I used this for 3 days and did not find anything special at all with either this shampoo or the conditioner, they actually made my hair a bit dry. The results were similar to when I wash with what they give me at the gym or a regular hotel. There absolutely are better shampoos and conditioners out there, both luxury and drugstore.

Ugh! Frederic Fekkai ! Why??!! I love your other products but this stuff is horrid. It left my hair dry and tangled not soft and conditioned like your shea butter collection does.
Yuck! Will not purchase again!

Here's a tip for anyone wanting to develop dreadlocks fast: try this shampoo and conditioner! This tangled my hair no end, absolutely awful value. I used this with the conditioner and perservered but the condition of my hair just got worse. I have fairly fine hair that is mid to long and highlighted. I had to tug at my hair to remove the tangles.
The smell was also terrible, it reminds me of a cough medicine we have in England to give to children, a horrible, sickly cherry smell. Perhaps another reviewer can remind me what cough medicine it is? Not Benalyn (which I actually quite like! aniseed flavour)Very disappointing as the aroma is part of the experience and I so love the Glossing line scent (a lemony, grapefruit infused with basil sort of a scent.)

Keep your money in your wallet! This product is not even worth buying the little $8 bottle at Sephora to try out! This stuff left my hair tangled and feeling dry. Definitely not salon quality stuff.

Honestly, although this did dry my hair out, on the whole my experience with this was not -terrible-. But for the price, one wants better than "not terrible". It was a bit of a shock to me how drying this was too, I expect expensive brands to be gentler. I've had better results with St. Ives, Freeman, any number of far less expensive products! Also, this has an overpowering fruity scent that LINGERS. I don't like fruity scents. I also don't appreciate hair products with a scent that hangs around and conflicts with my fragrance. To be fair, I have been complimented by others on the way my hair smells when using this and my sister loves this stuff, it seems to really work for her (both fragrance AND results). Go figure.

The shampoo smells good but leaves my normal, chemically untreated hair feeling like straw. Definitely not worth the money - try Terax Latte shampoo instead.

Pretty color, nice scent. Waaaaaaaaaay overpriced. Run of the mill shampoo with a designer name. Did as much for my hair as the Apple Cider products did: Nothing but dry my hair. Never again.

I love the Apple Cider for clarifying, but this one is a very forgettable, overpriced shampoo. It was no better than most drugstore brands and it didn't even smell nice. Save your money, get the apple cider and use it once every 2 weeks to clarify followed by the apple cider rinse. Lazartigue shampoos are much better if you want to go high end, or Terax Latte of Phytorhum.

This stuff is more than two bucks an ounce, and for that you get :
an ingredient list a mile long with every extract imaginable;
an overpowering orange smell;
boring performance.
