I had been on the hunt for the perfect highlight color. When I found this I stopped looking. When I put this on it seems like it is same color as my skin with a beautiful, fine shimmer. I LOVE it! I can't help myself. I just really enjoy a shimmery pearly highlight on me. Sometimes I apply this all over the lid up to my brow bone and then a dark color in the crease. Love the packaging also. Although it does tend to get smudged, it looks lovely. So glad I found this. HG status for me. Wouldn't want to ever be without it.

Daybreak totally deserves its high ratings. It works well with a variety of different shades and gives a natural look. Very pigmented -- isn't chalky white, unlike a lot of other highlighters.

This is one of my few HG products. I couldn't even take a guess at how many times I have repurchased this e/s. I mostly use this as a highlighter for my browbone/corner of eye, but have used it all over my lid on a casual day. It is creamy, shimmery and very pigmented. The price is greT ($13.50) for the amount you get. There are some almost exact dupes (UD Blunt) but the price/quality of Clinique Daybreak keep me repurchasing. It really is the perfect highlight color, not too gold or pink. Just a nice champagne color.

The name "Daybreak" makes sense to me because it's usefull for tired eyes, it makes you appear more awake. I'm usually more of a duo person because I use one in my crease and one for the rest, but with this one you really only need this color, somehow it has a way of darkening as the day goes on, it's wierd but I like it. It's as if it transitions itself from Day to Night wear, All in all great eyeshadow heavily pigmented, good staying power and pretty shimmer without looking Ke$ha like glittery. Would purchase again but I probably won't I like trying new things :)

Very pale and shimmery, good for use as a highlight and in the corners, rather than an all over color. Nice consistency but nothing special considering the multitudes of similar shadows.

Beautiful color, it looks great on everyone! Goes on so smooth and has amazing staying power. This color is identical to Urban Decay's "Blunt". I buy Clinique's because it's about $6 cheaper, and lasts longer anyways. =-)

I love this color. It came in a eye kit that I got for Christmas. It's very shimmery but gives your eyes an instant lift. I will turn to this color over and over again. It paired welll with other, darker, neutral tones and lasted well with no primer. I will buy this product again.

This is a really pretty color that I at first rejected as too orangey, but have ended up using again and again. It works for all types of situations - a wash of color over entire eye on a casual day; in the crease with a really pale color as the base; or as the foundation for a smokier, bronzy nighttime look. It seems a bit more frosty to me than the typical Color Surge shadow, but I could be imagining that.
