That's the best shimmery white I ever tried...great to illuminate and great to blend :)

How I loathe this shadow gritty hard to work with little colour payoff horrid texture.

I purchased this shadow about a month ago and seriously love it. I can't believe I waited so long to purchase it. It has become my go to HG inner corner highlight. Instantly adds brightness and luminosity without looking to harsh to my fair MAC NC15 complexion. Sometime I'll even use it as a brow highlight too. Perfect colour, pigmentation, and texture.

this is my hg white shadow, it's a very bright 'true' white with enough shimmer in it to give a glowing sheen without looking overly glittery.
really wakes up tired eyes when applied in the inner corner of the eye with either yoghurt or ricepaper on the lid with swiss chocolate in the crease for a day look, also brightens and brings out a black smokey eye when used on the inner lid and corner! highly recommended to those looking for the perfect white shadow :)

This is a staple for me. I know a lot of others don't like it since it's such a bright white shimmer but I use it layered under my lid color to brighten the inner corners. Will continue to repurchase.

i love this MAC shadow, the colour is really pigmented and works great as a highlighter. I have really small eyes and this shadow helps to bring them out and make them appear bigger.

I love using this color on my tear ducts. It really does wake them up. I would say that because I'm tan (MAC NC42/43), I have to be careful and not pile too much on because it really is stark white with shimmer. But it's a great color!!!

This product is great in the tear duct. I love it to open up the eyes. It's pure white with lots of fine shimmer running through it.

i love this eyeshadow. crystal avalanche, dazzlelight and shroom are my two favorite eyeshadows for using it as a brow highlighter. its shimmery but not glittery. it looks really pretty on :)

I hate this stuff. I thought I would love it based on what it looked like when I swatched it in the store but yet again I ended up with an eyeshadow that looks nothing like what I thought it would after I got it home and tried it on. I thought it would be less shiny and show up whiter than it does. Crystal Avalanche is not particularly pigmented, and and didn't last on me at all which was no big loss because I hated it.

In the pan Crystal Avalanche just looks boring and not very special,but once applied it looks beautiful!! I have very pale skin and this just blends so well into my skin and gives me a nice shimmery,icy wash.I LOVE it!! It's great for blending into other shadows no matter what color they may be.Great for wearing on the inner tear duct which is why I bought it,but now I'am finding many other uses for it. I have not tried it on my brow bone only because it is very shimmer and I don't like that,but if you do definitely give Crystal Avalanche a try!For me this is now a must have in my collection.Because it is a veluxe pearl a little goes a long,long way so it lasts forever!

Crystal Avalanche is a shimmery white eye shadow colour. The amount of shimmer is perfect for a highlight or even an all-over colour with the 227. I picked this over Gesso because Crystal Avalanche felt a lot better than Gesso. I found Gesso a bit chalky too. I would definitely buy this again.

Crystal Avalanche is my favorite white eyeshadow because it has just the right amount of shimmer. It's a beautiful frosty white color that makes a perfect highlighter for any eye look. It's very versatile and coordinates with all other eyeshadows. I like to apply it on the inner corners of my eyes to make them appear larger and more awake.

This is very pretty when worn as a inner tearduct highlighter. The color is a glowy white color that looks amazing in the inner tearduct area. I'm an NC30 and i don't think it would look right as a brow bone highlighter since it is white hahahaha, but i think lighter skinned ladies can get away with it if they are feeling something more dramatic and sparkly in the brow bone area. Overall huge rave from me :)

This shade is sort of like "Gesso" just not matte. It's more of a frosty finish, which is great for an all over lid color. I use this mostly with an smokey eye, especially with "Carbon" eyeshadow.

Very white & very shimmery. A little bit goes a long way, but very pretty for sure. Great for putting a little dab in the inner corner to brighten up the eyes. A little too shiny for me when I try to use it on the brow bone though. continued >>

This is my absolutely all time favorite white, because unlike many of the others it is smooth and creamy and has a slight sheen and glimmer without being sparkly. Because I am so pale this works perfectly as a highlighter, and especially near my tear duct. Veluxe Pearls tend to be my favorite and this is no exception.
I get tons of comments when I just wear this on my lids, mainly because it looks like I'm wide awake and well rested.

Crystal Avalanche is a Veluxe Pearl white with reflects. VP's are my absolute favorite finish, and Crystal Avalanche doesn't disappoint in quality. I don't think I'd repurchase, because I don't use it very often since it's such a shimmery stark white, but it's nice to have in my collection for days when I do a more dramatic eye.

Great shimmery white shadow which I only ever use for highlighting the tear duct. BUT, way too shimmery/frosty to use as a brow highlighter on my more mature skin. Don't see me repurchasing as I use so little!
