I would never use this on my face - it's just too oily, shiny, and tends to ball up.
However, on my body, it worked great. I received 3 sample bottle of 30ml each, and it was great having these little bottles in my purse.
It absorbed reasonably well, it wasnt too shiny, and, as i applied the SS at around 10am one day, and spent the next 5 hours in the sun (1 - 6), i only have to reapply around 5pm on my shoulders and chest area. I noticed that i had a minimal tan - it had protected quite effectively. It was also hot outside and i was perspiring a little so it did work!
I was quite surprised as I'm used to wearing spf 50+, but this spf 30 worked extremely well. However, for the price, and the fact that i cant use it on my face, i have to give it 3 lippies.

i bought this sunscreen today,my skin is more on the oilier side at the t-zone.i have to say-it has meroxyl, parsol and little bit of titanium dioxide all you would need for great uva protection , and it is one of the nice sunscreens that won't give you white cast.I have tried lots of them, love Clinique's superdefense SPF 25,but this one has all the ingredience for good protection.I didn't have any shine ,or anything like the review before. It does come out of tube little heavier ,but to my suprise it is really easy to spread and it just keeps your skin really soft-NOTHING heavy white or greasy. The packaging is regular tube design. The review before must have tried the body lotion-that has different type of container, and also makes you shiny. This is the SPF 30 for face in regular tube ,size 50ml.It is really nice for anybody with olier skin looking for something good and light

Germaphobes will like Biotherm's facial sunscreen for its thoughtful packaging: the opening is so secure, my SA and I tried for a good five minutes to figure it out. I bought it when it was among the first few sunscreens on the market especially formulated for the face, but since Stila's 'petal infusion' came out, I have defected. To be fair, this is not a bad sunscreen by any stretch. It is noticeably less greasy than drugstore ones, and creates a light-reflecting appearance that helps you tone your skin. I am not sure how people with oily or combination skin will respond to the 'light-reflecting' part, but I imagine it is nothing a bit of powder cannot help.
