Shimmer of Hope All Over Loose Powder LE

I really, really like this, especially over my color of hope blush. It makes me look ethereal. Remember to only apply very lightly though, otherwise you may end up looking like a disco ball.

I gave this a 4 rather than a 5 because, while it's a nice, affordable shimmer powder, it is a bit much for the daytime. "Shimmer of Hope" is a limited edition item with the 2005 Color of Hope...
