This product took my post-pregnancy, hormonal skin from dry, flaky, oily and rough to a smooth, hydrated, soft, normal skin type. I am amazed. Here's what Korres says about this product:
"-Ultra-soothing, non-oily cream for long-lasting hydration and comfort to oily yet dehydrated skin.
-Made with real edible yoghurt.
-Contains vitamin E, olive oil, and macadamia nut oil to provide antioxidant benefits to skin. "
I think it's important to note the, "oily yet dehydrated skin" part before taking the plunge on this $32 moisturizer. I'm not sure how truly oily people would like this cream, as it is quite thick going on at first. (It's a little runnier than the consistency of actual Greek yoghurt.) What's the difference, you might ask? Well, as I understand it, poorly hydrated normal skin can sometimes appear to be oily or combination in some ways, but once it's properly hydrated, will go back towards a normal state. This is more or less what happened for me, making this moisturizer my true HG.
Who might want this?: Someone who's going through a skin issue time and needs immediate hydration that will come from cream that truly sinks into your skin and plumps it up. For that matter, I believe this cream would also be appropriate for oily/combo skins as a nighttime moisturizer, as it is a non-oily formulation. And for anyone who knows they have dehydrated skin, definitely check this moisturizer out.
I saw the hydrating effects of this product pretty much immediately after applying. Like I mentioned earlier, it goes on thick at first, then within 2 minutes it sinks into the skin, plumping it back up to the former glory it once had been.
I use this day and night. During the day I wash my face with Clinique Extra Mild Cleansing Foam, tone with witch hazel, apply this cream and follow up with sunscreen. Then before bed, cleanse with Korres 3-1 milk cleanser, witch hazel, and then Yoghurt cream.
If you're uncertain about this cream, get a sample from Sephora first to try it out for free.
The only gripe I have, if you could even call it that, would be with the packaging. It's a jar of cream, not a tube or a pump, and I've never found them to be travel friendly. I pick up product with a cosmetic spatula, but clean hands should suffice.
WARNING: If you have a nut allergy or macadamia nut allergy, you may want to stay away, as this cream does have macadamia nut oil. (If you are only allergic to one specific nut and it is not macadamia, you should be fine, as I am with my own nut allergy.)

I got a sample of this at Sephora, and loved it immediately. However, I hesitated to buy it because it was my first expensive moisturizer, but I realized that I was spending the same amount of money on DS moisturizers that broke me out anyway. So I purchased the little kit (so worth it btw), and this is my absolute favorite. I only use this moisturizer and the mask, but I prefer this. When I use this, my oily yet dry and flaky in some areas, super sensitive and acne-prone skin loves it like no other. It also helps fade my marks on my face and just gives me a glow. It's definitely HG and I'm about to get another jar of it tomorrow!

This is a product that I have and will continue to repurchase. This is my go-to Spring/Summer moisturizer. I have skin that is quite dry and I find this to be extremely hydrating without being too heavy or breaking me out. It is slightly pricey, but I feel that it is totally worth it.

I have probably bought 5 jars of this stuff! It's literally the only moisturizer that I've found that my skin will tolerate. It's even a bit soothing to my very sensitive, acne-prone skin. It gets a bit heavy in the summer, so I usually thin it out with some thermal water spray (spritz face, then dot moisturizer on and gently smooth & pat into skin). I tend to get very shiny with it, but I will sacrifice a matte complexion for nice, non-irritating moisture and hydration which equals less breakouts. Yay for this cream! continued >>

I have been trying to find the perfect moisturizer for my face forever! I have an oily but dry and very sensitive skin. I break out from anything and everything. For years I have been using benzoyl peroxide spot treatment to clear up few pimples here and there and that has made my skin extremely dry. All I can say is that this product is just the best thing that happened to me and I will highly recommend this to anyone with sensitive and acne prone skin. It has worked so well on my skin that no words can do any justice. I hardly break out anymore ever since I have been using this product because my skin gets the moisture it needs and therefore I feel that my skin stays clear. I have tried every moisturizers out there for oily to combination skin from high-end to low end (DDF,Murad,Caudalie,Boscia,Peter roth thomas,) and pretty everything has caused me to break out within one week of using the products. However with Korres Yogurt Cream I have not had one zit on my face and I have been using this for 4 weeks, instead my face looks hydrated and has beautiful glow. My make up stays on so much better without looking oily at all. I have found my HG moisturizer and I can't live without it as I never thought it was possible.

I love this cream! I have very oily skin, but it gets dehydrated by acne control products. I use a small amount all over my face day and night, it really makes up for lost moisture. It absorbs completely and leaves my face really soft.

I am going to put aside my allergic reaction and give you a review on its performance. But bear in mind that despite my tough-as-nails skin this product made me break out consistently and constantly, so be aware!
The moisturizer, though advertised for "dehydrated" skin, did not hydrate my skin so much as it put a sheen of oil on top. So while I didn't feel as if my skin was dry, I don't think it was actually getting moisturized. The reason my skin produces so much oil is that it is dehydrated, which is what this moisturizer is supposed to help with. Instead, I had to blot twice a day instead of once, and overall my face felt slick.
The consistency is weird - very similar to sticky yogurt - and you only need a tiny amount so despite the grandiose cost for a small container it will last for a while. The smell is pleasant and the packaging is quite pretty (though I would have preferred a pump, as with any moisturizer, but hey)
Wish I loved it, but I'm kind of glad I didn't as it is quite expensive.
CONSIDER FOR:
- Lightweight moisturizer
- Natural ingredients
SKIP IF:
- You have oily skin

This product is good, but not the best for my dehydrated oily skin. I bought this moisturizer because although I have combination skin that gets oily on the T zone, it becomes really dry in the winter and I was having a hard time finding a moisturizer that wouldn't leave me extra oily. This product did improve my skin--it hydrated my skin about 80%, soothed it somewhat, and also somewhat relieved my skin of little red spots. Overall, the texture of my skin certainly improved after using this cream. The reason why i did not give it a 5 is because it did not hydrate my skin 100%, and my face still felt tight and dry, although not as much as before. It also did not completely get rid of my flakiness. Will not repurchase again because of that reason, and also because it is too expensive for such little product. The consistency of this cream is thick and runny, and you use a lot of it. Mine lasted about 1.5 months, and I used it in the morning and at night.

I was very excited when I first heard about this cream. I couldn't believe I had finally found a moisturizer suited for my particular skin type, and that would help control flakies and oilies at the same time! Unfortunately, it didn't work out well for me and ended up being a huge disappointment. :(
.
I purchased the Yoghurt regimen kit at Sephora almost 7 months ago and have been using the cream since then, 2 or 3 times a week. (On a side note, I live in Montreal, Canada, and would have NEVER bought this here because we always get doubly screwed by taxes. I regularly go to the US, though, so I held off until then to buy the kit. It's definitely a great value if you want to try both the mask and moisturizer, but I didn't really like the eye cream and the cleanser was just OK...)
.
Anyway, the jar is ridiculously small, but in its defense, after 7 months, I haven't even used half of it yet. The cream's texture is fairly light, not too thick, and it spreads out easily, so not much is needed to cover the whole face or the problematic areas. I'm pretty neutral about the scent. It smells a bit yoghurt-y (unsurprisingly) and it's not bad, but it's nothing delicious either.
.
I find the cream is sticky and never really gets absorbed into my skin. It leaves my face shiny and I can see/feel it is not moisturized adequately. I also noticed that a few minutes after application, if I touch or rub my face for some reason, the cream peels, as if it were a mask that needed to be rinsed off. At first, I thought it might be caused by improperly washing and exfoliating my skin beforehand, but I've since then tried different cleaning routines and the cream always peels off...
.
Sooooo yep, obviously, this cream works for others, but sadly, not for me.

I got a deluxe sample of this cream. I have been looking for a better moisturizer since we are in fall and winter is right around the corner. I wore it for 2 weeks to see how my oily fussy skin reacts to it.
I liked the the consistency of the cream - its not very liquidy or thick. it goes on nicely and absorbs easily - does not have the silicon feeling (yeah) . It does not make me oily throughout the day. keep my skin hydrated without making it feel heavy. It has a mild smell and it does not irritate my skin
It is an expensive product - does it do anything special that no cheaper moisturizer cannot do ? No. There are some nice cheaper alternatives.
Overall, I will buy the full size for this fall . I may not repurchase

I wasn't that impressed with this product. My face didn't feel that moisturized. It didn't absorb well into my skin. I know people like this stuff but it wasn't for me. I do like other Korres products though.

I bought this moisturiser as it claimed to be for oily but dehydrated skin. I use benzoyl peroxide topical treatment for my spots which can make my skin flaky, dehydrated and itchy. I was using clinique anti blemish clearing moisturiser before this and that just wasn't cutting it. I tried using richer moisturisers but that just made me break out badly or gave me greasy skin. But this yogurt cream is amazing! I have been using it for a month now and the difference is noticeable. No flaky bits of skin on my face, no residue, no grease. Just beautifully mositurised, glowing skin and no serious break outs. It sinks in quickly and the yogurt smell is subtle. Highly recommended.
Only negative thing is that it comes in a little tub and not something with a dispenser which makes it less hygenic. But that wouldn't stop me buying it again. And yes one more thing- it doesn't come cheap £19 for 40ml.

I love this product. I am on me second jar & plan to continue purchasing it. It really hydrates my skin & doesn't make me extra oily or break me out.
EDIT:
After 4 months of using this product, I've decided that it's causing unusually clogged pores on my cheeks. I am very prone to clogs, but they are usually more concentrated to my chin area. I'm going to give this cream a break for a while as a test. I'm switching to Origins Balanced Diet. Fingers crossed. continued >>

I use this cream after I use the yogurt mask from the same line. I love this line very much. It really does its job in which it helps controlling oil while hydrating the skin. I took off a point is because I think it is too pricey and if you use too much of this, it may cause break out. So I only put a thin layer of it, but a thin layer is very sufficient for moisturizing. If you ask me which one do I like better, its mask or its cream, I have to say I love the yogurt mask better than its cream. Nonetheless, I will continue to use it and I am not considering to change it at all.

I really like this product a lot. I'm definitely going to be repurchasing it soon.
I have weird skin... though I wash my face with very gentle, detergentless products, it always starts the day off dry. By the end of the day, it becomes oily, especially my forehead. This has always lead to a really weird skin regime: heavy creams, with attempts to keep it light on the forehead, that always, inevitably, lead to me needing some kind of blotting tissue to mop myself up throughout the day. It also means that I get stuck between a rock and a hard place regarding acne: dry, distressed skin, AND oily skin are both causes. I've always found it impossible to sit somewhere between the two and keep my face hydrated enough without breaking out.
This cream seems to be the solution to that. My face has cleared up noticeably since I've been using it, and people have noticed. I only need to dip each finger into the whipped cream texture of this face cream to moisturize my entire face after a shower (unprecedented!). If you use it right after washing your face, you can lock in moisture. Unlike all other creams, it also layers really well. So I usually go in for another layer after the first has absorbed to keep certain parts of my face more hydrated.
So I'm really happy with this cream. But it's easy to overuse it. You really don't need very much at all, but since it absorbs so well, it's easy to just keep applying. If you do that, you'll run out of it really quickly. Face creams usually last months for me but I'll probably run out of this one on the 1.5 month mark. A bit disappointing, especially considering that it's so expensive.
But I think if you have weirdo combination skin and light acne problems, this is a really good moisturizer for you. Just use it properly: directly after washing your face or taking a shower, apply just a dime to your entire face. Let it absorb and apply half a dime more to dry areas if you feel you need to.
I'm looking forward to seeing how this thing holds up in the winter (but very little can withstand a Canadian winter, to be honest...).

Here is my skin history: I have always had oily skin with hormonal breakouts but since I hit 40 my skin has started to change and dry out. I have also recently developed SD around my eyebrows, eye lids and down the sides of my nose. Thankfully not all at once. When Derms and Dr's didn't help, I turned to BarbiH here on MUA and have been using mostly Arcona products to calm my flare ups.
In the past months, going from winter into spring, I noticed my forehead is still very dry instead of oily like usual. I looked into a heavier night time moisturizer to help with this new dryness. I did a fair amount of research before trying Korres Yogurt Cream. At first it seemed OK. It's light, soaks in without leaving any film on my skin or my pillow. The smell is fine. Nothing weird or flowery but what you would expect from a cream with a high content of yogurt. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I really have to say that I love this cream. I have noticed a huge inprovement in my skin just from using this nightly. Redness is reduced, skin feels comfortable and moisturized. SD is reduced and I haven't broken out from it. I also love that it's more natural than chemical. There are no parabens - something I am allergic to. So, if your oily yet dehydrated, give this a try.
P.S. - I also love the mask too!
UPDATE: HG! Still Loving this stuff and don't want to be without it.

A good, very basic, light moisturizer for my normal (oily when irritated) skin. I picked this up because I needed a lighter, non-spf, moisturizer to use under the higher spf (Neutrogena Dry Touch) that I use during the summer. My HG moisturizer is Origins Brighter By Nature, but it's a bit too heavy in the hot, humid summers of the southeast. The Yogurt Cream is very thin and light, and has a weirdly off-putting milky-perfume-y smell that (thankfully) disappears almost instantly. Very little product is required, so I don't mind the relatively steep price because it will last me ages. There is some slight stickiness upon application, which I found to be worse if I used more product than necessary, though it only lasts a few seconds, so I don't mind it. YC has done nothing spectacular for my skin, save for keep it moisturized without being heavy or greasy as the day wears on--which is precisely what I wanted, so I'm quite pleased with it overall. And unlike some others I *love* the packaging. The jar feels fabulous and heavy; lovely, inert glass is my favorite container material. I would definitely repurchase this, although I can also imagine myself just trying something else. Pitfall of a good basic product though, I suppose: works very well, but can probably be duped (likely for cheaper.)

I have had very tempermental skin in recent years, and because I use a retin-a product on my skin each night that helps to maintain a clear complexion for me, my skin often becomes dry and flaky..especially in the cold Washington DC winter. I decided to try this product after I ran out of a Mac moisturizer that I liked, but I felt may be clogging my pores. This product came highly reccomended via sephora.com. I have been using it for 6 weeks and admit my amoutn of little breakouts has significantly decreased! I also love the fact that I am putting all natural ingredients on my face. In terms of wearing this moisturizer under makeup, I've had no major issues-but I will have to see if it is hydrating enough next winter/fall. The downfalls of this product are the price (very steep..I think it was $32, so I am hoping it lasts me a long time) AND the glass jar it comes in is very heavy and also in my opinion, very not hygenic. (I hate the idea of dipping my fingers in the jar) But in general, this product is worth a try especially for girls with combo skin with dryness due to various dermatological treatments-grab a sample and see if it works for you :)

Although this moisturizer got great reviews from the sales associate at Sephora, I have been pretty underwhelmed with it. The glass jar is very heavy and nice, but in general, I don't like to dip my fingers into products and would rather have seen this in a pump bottle.
The moisturizer is thick and creamy, not oily, and it leaves a bit of a tacky finish. I put this on at night and my skin feels nice in the morning, but there's no way I could wear this in the daytime as it's far too sticky to apply makeup over.
I won't be purchasing this again. Although it feels and smells nice, there are other moisturizers that are less expensive and do just as good of a job.
