I received this in a swap in the lovely shade of Larkspur (limited edition), which is a very pretty amethyst blue color on my blond eyelashes. The 3 lippie rating is basically for the color, which is really gorgeous with my blue eyes--even gets comments from my spouse, which is why I haven't tossed it yet. Why? Because it flakes & runs at the slightest thing! It's also a bit clumpy and wet upon application, which I really dislike. So, in any other color, I'd have given it a 1 lippie rating, but Larkspur is soooo pretty!! continued >>
