This is my standard summer moisturizer which where I live means from April to October. I have very dry skin and it is excellent. Does no peel when you put on make-up and it works to protect your skin from the sun. I so comfortable with it that I use it as a sunscreen on my daughters' faces when we are not at the pool (where I use the traditional suncare products). MB packaging is so great. Makes it easy to pack and carry.

I really wanted to like this sunscreen. I like the simplicity of the MB line and the reasonable prices. Unfortunately, this sunscreen initially made me very oily and within a week I was breaking out very badly and had milia (little fat pockets) pretty much all over my face. I'm still dealing with the effects of this and the MB SPF 15 eye cream. All in all, I was very dissapointed with this line and did not find the products delivered the promised results.

I like this a lot but I have extremely dry skin so maybe that's why. In the winter I use MB's special moisturizer with SPF 20 and I find that to be richer/more oily than this (which is why that product is a little too much for me in the summer). I like the texture of the Suncare product -- very creamy and luxurious. When you put it on you do have to rub it in for several moments to fade the initial chalkiness of it. I use about a teaspoon for my face, neck and decollete.
I was worried about using this on its own as my moisturizer, as it has the SPF I want but possibly no active anti-aging properties. So, I settled on starting with my MB CelluFirm drops. I apply the CelluFirm and allow that to sink in for 5 minutes or so, then layer the Suncare over that. I feel like I am getting great skin firming/anti-aging plus excellent sun protection this way.
I generally let my moisturizer set for 5 to 10 minutes before I start my makeup and this one definitely requires that. Even so, I notice that there is some oil rubbing off on my fingers when I apply my foundation/concealer. But since my skin is so dry, this works out fine, doesn't break me out and by the time I'm done with my makeup, everything has absorbed.
Overall a strong product for my dry, sensitive, not-quite-yet-but-probably-soon "mature" skin.

I am a total fanatic when it comes to skincare and spf. I've tried them all too. This is one the best suncare SPF 30's out there. It doesn't make my skin feel oily or cause my makeup to slide off my face. It goes on a little thick...which I wasn't crazy about at first. I apply it and then let it set for a bit before applying my makeup. This seems to work the best. I haven't had any breakouts while using this product either. Most importantly, I haven't gotten a sunburn on my face whenever I use it...so it's doing it's job!!!

I kind like this product, It's not the greatest sunscreen for face. But it is something that i use on my sensitive skin. It's moisturizing probably from the oil base. But it is not overly oily and not clogging my pores. It alone cannot be used as a moisturizer, I usually apply it to my face after I apply a layer of moisturizer. But I do apply it over eye areas and lip areas and even nose areas, and I don't have a problem with it at all.
It is also not that great on blocking the sun rays. Especially it's not sweat proof. So the sweat will wash it off and my face does get sun spots if it's washed off. But I did use it and liked it for last month. I would not recommend this as a great cover-it-all sunscreen. Since I wore hat to prevent sun rays, so this product is just a nice moisturizing plus+product in additional to my hat to give extra caution for my sensitive face.

This is an OK sunblock that I would only recommend to those with dry skin. It does leave a film which is typical of products with spf higher than 15. I like the ingredients: Deionized Water, Parsol MCX, Aloe Vera Gel, Titanium Dioxide, Polyglyceryl-methacrylate (and) Propylene Glycol, Seamollient, Rice Bran Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Ceteareth-20, Stearic Acid, Glyceryl Stearate, Eucalyptus Extract. But I'm just not sure its a good product because it doesn't seem to sink in nor am I sure that the spf is stable. I'm out in the sun a lot and I need to trust that the sunblock I use is truly blocking UVA/B rays from aging my skin and I don't know that this product is the best bet. Also the packaging is poor as it is with most MB products.

PROS: provides a good amount of moisture for my combination skin, and doesn't sting or make me break out.
CONS: a bit too heavy for summer weather. you have to make sure it's really completely absorbed before putting on make-up otherwise your make-up will slide right off. I'm also concerned about whether it provides full spectrum coverage, and whether it is photostable.
BOTTOM LINE: will not buy again -- search for HG sunscreen continues. continued >>

I have oily skin, and although this has not broken me out, it is very shiny on my face. It does not absorb completely and leaves a greasy/oily residue on my skin. I imagine this would be better for those with normal or dry skin. But for my oily skin, this is way too much moisture. No thanks. I will NOT repurchase. Estee Lauder's DayWear Plus spf 30 is much better (absorbs completely and leaves a matte finish).

This product doesn't clog pores and it feels light on. My skin is super oily, but I also have light skin so SPF is a MUST for me. But MB Suncare-30 has one major drawback for me...oiliness! When I put it on, my skin looked shiny as if it were oily. And when I touched my skin after applying it the SPF came off on my hand. Don't get me wrong! It didn't make me break out (I don't think there's oil in it) but it just made my skin LOOK oily.
