    Goes on sheer, so it doesn't really impact the eyeshadow color. Does not improve eyeshadow vibrancy as much as ELF mineral eyeshadow primer (which is only $3!) Also definitely underperforms...

    For some reason this paint is extremely flaky. It flakes off pretty fast and does not hold eyeshadow too well. I'm not too crazy about the color anyhow, I don't think I will be repurchasing.
