i lve this moisturizer. my skin feels smooth and it doesn't block pores. its a pretty decent sized bottle so it lasts a while. the only thing is that i wish it a had a sunblock added to it.

Goes great under make-up. Nice and moisturizing. It feels very light and has a great lavender smell. It does not clog my pores either. I definately will repurchase with my oter Carley's stuff!

this moisturizer is just enough for my dry skin, even in the winter. i've been using it for a couple of months on a daily basis and so far, no breakouts at all. my skin has cleared up nicely and it doesn't get all oily or sticky from the lotion, like it did with some others i've used. the thing i love most about the whole carley's line is that it has just what skin craves to be its healthiest, and nothing that it doesn't! i would recommend this to everyone to at least try. if you have super dry skin it might not be enough, but i definitely tend towards dry and it's fine for me :) i use the exotic butter at night, along with the new "regeneration" cream and both of those are heavenly.

After reading the previous reviews on this product (five in total, all glowing), I decided to give it a try. I'm bummed to report I did not have the same experience as everyone else. I bought this for $17 off of ebay. The maker of this lotion is also an ebayer. You get a lot of product for the price plus she threw in some large free samples of a hard soap and face scrub.
The lotion has a pump which is nice. The smell is light as is the scent. It's hard to describe. It smells "clean". I used it twice a day, after my evening shower before bed and in the morning before I put on my make up. The first few days seemed to go well enough. It seemed my skin condition had improved somewhat. I have pale Eurasian skin that is very oil and acne prone. My make up stayed in place longer those first few days. Then it went downhill. I had a couple of zits pop out. I'm on the pill to help control my acne and it wasn't my time of the month yet. Still, I hung in there. I know skin sometimes reacts to a new product. About a week and a half later, I had new, smaller bumps pop out on my forehead and cheeks. Cheeks are an area I tend not to break out and now it looks like I have a rash. I cut the application down to once a day in the morning. It did not help. It's now a solid month later. I have blackheads on my nose (I never get blackheads) forehead, my entire face is red, broken out all over and itches like hell. My make up looks terrible from the moment I put it on. I don't know why, but my oil production has become much worse than normal. The only thing I have changed is the moisturizer I have been using. This one. It's safe to say, this lotion does not work with my skin.
I feel let down because I read so many wonderful promises about this product. I'm glad it worked great for other people, and for you, Carley, but it doesn't work for everyone. I won't repurchase and I won't use anymore of the products by this company as it seems all the ingredients are the same in what they offer.

One of the best lotions i've ever tried!! I tried almost the entire skin care line and loving this the most. It feels wonderful on the skin and absorbs real fast! Love how it's natural and the price is no one can't beat and it also comes with a free bar of soap!! How awesome is that?!. I've been using this Lotion for about 2 months now and have yet to finally place a review and feedback it truly deserves. It's a great moisturizer to use both and nighttime it's not heavy at all. it's very light and a little goes a long way. I just use a small amount to cover my face and neck area. The bottle lasts about 1-3 months depending in usage. I love the pump action it has as well. What are you waiting for buy this Bottle of Lotion the best and great for Sensitive-Acne-Prone Skin like me... UPDATE: FEB 21 2008: My skin has been breaking out badly using this I don't like it at all DEFIBETLY NOT FOR THE FACE!!!..I have been using it as a body lotion and its great for that. I'm just using it up as a body lotion and never buying it again since there's better!!

Started using the Carley's line a few months back and haven't turned back since, just hope they keep making it! When I was debating ordering the cleanser, I sent an email questioning the night-time moisturizer since my skin can get oily and it sounded "heavy." They wrote me back (same day) and suggested this one as a morning and night moisturizer and it works wonderfully. Creamy base that absorbs in quickly- my skin seems to crave it any more!!! And I love the natural, herbal lavander scent. Since I originally ordered (May?) I am just now running low, you don't need much. Just ordered my second bottle today!!

LOVE this lotion. I haven't had shine on my face since before I started the Carley's regime over two months ago!! This will be my one and only face lotion for as long as they're in business.
Also, like I said, I've had the regime for two months, and I still have more than 3/4 of the bottle left! I love the pump, because it keeps it sanitary. I haven't had any problems with weird texture, either (like someone said about the nighttime lotion).

I secomd and mirror all of the comments from the previous user almost identically. I use all of there products (the soap, the exotic butter night moisturizer, and the regular strength acne scrub and love them ALL)!
This moisturizer makes my mineral foundatin wear and look VERY nice! Love it! Try it!

This is a new, lighter, day time moisturizer from Carley's Clear & Smooth. I used Carley's Exotic Butter Night Cream - but I can only use it during winter since it would clogged my pores during any other season. That's why I was soooo excited when I saw this on Steve's website! I ordered it right away. I've been using it for the past 2 weeks .. my skin has never been better!! This moisturizer doesn't add oil to my oily complexion, doesn't clogged my 'giant' pores, doesn't break me out at all!! Believe it or not, my skin's getting smoother & smoother! At last .. I found my HG moisturizer & it's dirt cheap, too! You get a giant 8 fl.oz bottle with a pump. That's also a bonus - since I don't like to dig my finger onto any of skin care product, really. Too bad it doesn't have SPF in it. Steve recommended some over the counter SPF & sadly they (somehow) make my skin oilier/more shiny (even by 8 am!). UPDATE 9/30: Still using it, still loving it. No clogged pores, no break out - just supple & moisturized skin! I switched brand for my SPF (Now I'm using Coppertone COntinuous Spray SPF30) & it doesn't make my face oilier!!
